To manage several addresses in myMail, add each mailbox through its listed provider or choose OTHER for a custom or unsupported service. After setup, open the folder list and tap a mailbox name to switch; myMail shows that mailbox’s unread count beside it. The official FAQ says the app supports an unlimited number of mailboxes, although that is a vendor-stated capability rather than an independently tested limit.

myMail is documented for Android and iOS smartphones; the Apple listing also identifies iPhone and iPad support. Labels and screen locations can change between app versions, so use the current wording shown in your build.

How to add a Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail account
- Open myMail and tap the icon for your email provider.
- Complete the provider’s sign-in or OAuth flow.
- When the provider asks whether myMail may access the account, review the prompt and grant the requested access.
- Wait for setup to finish. myMail should open the account’s inbox.
If the authorization page does not finish, check that you completed both the sign-in and the final access approval. The available instructions do not establish a separate recovery procedure for a failed or revoked OAuth authorization.
How to add another mailbox
- Open myMail’s folder list and use the account-add option shown in your current app version.
- Select the provider for the additional address.
- Sign in and approve access when prompted.
- Confirm that the new mailbox appears in the folder list before switching away.
The official help material confirms that multiple accounts can be added, but does not publish one guaranteed, current button path for every app build. Do not rely on a menu name that is absent from your version.

How to switch between accounts
- Open the folder list.
- Tap the mailbox name you want to use.
The unread-message count is displayed beside each mailbox name, making it possible to see which accounts need attention before opening one.
How to connect an unlisted or custom-domain account
- In the account-add flow, select OTHER.
- Let myMail try automatic configuration.
- If automatic setup fails, obtain the exact incoming and outgoing server settings from your email provider, hosting company or network administrator.
- Enter the required protocol, server hostname, port and encryption details exactly as supplied.
- Save the account and test receiving and sending mail.
Depending on the service, incoming mail may use IMAP or POP3 and outgoing mail uses SMTP. Do not copy generic port or SSL combinations from an example: the official myMail material contains inconsistent port/encryption pairings, and the correct values are provider-specific.

Manage messages after accounts are connected
myMail’s product materials describe swipe actions for common tasks. Swiping a message can mark it unread, flag it, move it to another folder, mark it as spam or delete it. The app also documents search, contact suggestions, unread counts for accounts and folders, and controls for filtering or timing notifications. The Apple listing separately describes search filters and notification controls at the account level.

Troubleshoot common setup problems
The provider is not listed
Choose OTHER and request the provider’s current IMAP or POP3 and SMTP settings. A custom-domain host, school, employer or network administrator can supply the authoritative values.
Automatic setup fails
Verify every hostname, protocol, port and encryption requirement against the provider’s latest documentation. Avoid guessing based on another service’s settings.

Return to the provider sign-in and complete the authorization prompt that grants myMail access. The published instructions do not specify additional recovery steps for a revoked or otherwise failed authorization.
You want to remove an account
Platform-specific removal steps are not established in the available official instructions. Use the current in-app help or contact myMail support rather than following an unverified menu path.
