To loop a Malayalam guided meditation playlist on YouTube Live, play the prepared audio or video in encoder software that supports repeat, connect that software to a YouTube Live stream using the stream URL and key from YouTube Studio, and verify the loop in preview before going live. YouTube’s encoder workflow handles the connection; repeat is controlled by the playback software, not by a universal YouTube Live playlist-loop setting.
Before you start: check live access and prepare the content
- Your YouTube channel must be verified and have no live-streaming restrictions during the preceding 90 days. First-time live-streaming access can take up to 24 hours to enable. Check YouTube’s current live-streaming eligibility requirements before your planned start.
- Have the Malayalam meditation media ready as files or a playlist your chosen encoder can play continuously. The sources here do not establish a Malayalam-specific YouTube setting or recommend a particular encoder.
- Confirm you have the necessary rights to every recording, narration, composition, and other included material for live streaming and any archive. YouTube’s livestream terms require necessary rights for worldwide exploitation of Live Content, including applicable music licensing rights.
Set up the repeating stream
- Create the YouTube stream. In YouTube Studio, open Live Control Room and create or schedule a stream. Choose its title and privacy deliberately; scheduling can let viewers receive reminders. Follow YouTube’s encoder setup instructions.
- Load the meditation source in your encoder. Select the prepared media or playlist, then enable that software’s repeat or loop control. Loop controls differ by software, so use the current documentation for your chosen encoder rather than assuming YouTube has a platform-wide loop switch.
- Check the loop boundary. Preview the transition from the final item to the first. Listen for silence, a cut-off sentence, a sudden loudness change, or an abrupt musical transition. Adjust the files or playback sequence if needed.
- Connect to YouTube. Copy the stream URL and stream key from Live Control Room into the encoder’s streaming settings. Treat the key like a password: do not publish or share it. Wait for YouTube’s incoming-stream preview before starting the broadcast.
- Test privately or unlisted first. Confirm that the audio is audible and stable, the loop repeats as intended, and the watch page plays on a phone as well as your main device. YouTube recommends continuous quality monitoring and an upload connection with 20% more capacity than the stream bitrate; its streaming tips explain the checks.
- Start the live broadcast. Once preview and the watch page look right, start streaming from the encoder and confirm the live status in Live Control Room.
Protect the meditation stream from rights and archive problems
Clear every part of the audio
Rights need to cover the material’s use in a live stream, not merely a previous upload or personal listening. YouTube scans live streams for third-party content. A Content ID match can replace the picture with a placeholder or interrupt or terminate the stream. Even licensed material may be interrupted if the rights owner has not allowlisted your channel; see YouTube’s copyright guidance for live streams.

Keep a local recording
YouTube says streams under 12 hours can be automatically archived, but streams longer than 12 hours may not be captured. Do not rely on the YouTube archive as the only copy, especially for a long meditation session. Keep a local recording if you need a dependable replay or archive; YouTube’s archive guidance describes the limitation.

Choose whether viewers can rewind
DVR lets viewers pause, rewind, and resume a live stream. Enable it if viewers should be able to revisit an instruction or settle back into the session; leave it off if you want everyone to experience the meditation in real time. Check the relevant option in the stream’s Live Control Room settings, as labels can change.
