If your employer has enabled online tax statements, sign in to ADP and open the W-2 or tax-statements area to view or save your form. Start at signin.adp.com. Your employer’s ADP service and settings determine which screens and options appear, so an ADP login by itself does not guarantee W-2 access.
Download a W-2 from ADP in a browser

Go to signin.adp.com if your employer has provided ADP online access. If you are unsure which ADP service your employer uses, ask its Payroll or HR department.

After signing in, look for a W-2, tax statements, or tax documents option. Choose the available W-2 to view it, then use the available save or download option. ADP says its iPayStatements service lets employees view, print, and save electronic W-2s, but the exact button names and navigation vary by employer and ADP product. See ADP iPayStatements support.

Register if this is your first time using ADP
Ask your employer’s Payroll or HR department for the self-service registration code, then follow the registration flow at the ADP portal and complete identity verification and account setup. ADP says, “Only your employer can provide you with this code.” If you need help identifying the right employer contact, see ADP employee support.
Can you download your W-2 in the ADP mobile app?
ADP Mobile Solutions can provide access to W-2 tax statements when the employer’s services and settings support it. If you already have eligible ADP credentials, you may be able to use them in the app. Availability is employer-dependent; the browser portal is the broader route to try first. Fix common ADP W-2 access problems
You cannot sign in or your account is locked
Use ADP’s login help and select the Forgot Your ID/Password option. If you remain locked out or do not have authorization to view the tax statement, contact your current employer’s Payroll or HR team; ADP directs employees to their employer for account assistance.

Try the ADP login you used while working for that employer. If it no longer works, ask the former employer for a copy. The employer may have removed your access, and ADP says it cannot provide your W-2 directly.

No W-2 appears in your account
Ask your employer how it will provide the form. An ADP login does not establish that your employer has enabled online W-2 access. ADP’s employee guide says employers without online W-2 access must mail or hand-deliver the form by January 31; the guide does not state a tax year, so confirm the applicable deadline and delivery plan with your employer. Your W-2 has incorrect information
Contact your employer’s Payroll or HR team to request a correction. ADP says the employer handles W-2 corrections.
