Clear Story acts efficiently
- Open the Story menu and select the earliest unfinished act you can complete consistently.

The group reward does not unlock
Rejoin the correct LY* group, leave and relaunch the experience, then inspect the claim panel again. If the game still reports that you are ineligible, the reward may be disabled or restricted to a particular account state.
The AFK total is lower than expected
