To get an alert for a sold-out Lululemon item, sign in to the Lululemon website or app, open the product, choose the colour and size you want, and select “notify me.” Lululemon says it will email you to confirm that your request was recorded. The alert is for the selected item variant; general marketing emails are a separate signup.
Sign up for an alert on the exact item
- Open the Lululemon website or app and sign in. If you do not have an account, create one.
- Find the sold-out product you want.
- Select your preferred colour and size. Availability can differ by variant, so choose the specific combination you want an alert for.
- Select “notify me.”
- Watch for Lululemon’s confirmation email. It confirms your request was recorded; it is not a promise that the item will return or be held for you.
The Lululemon Help Centre describes back-in-stock notifications as available on its app and website for items that are out of stock online. The reviewed help information does not state how quickly an alert will arrive, whether every variant is covered, or whether an alert reserves inventory. Product availability remains subject to availability, so act promptly if you receive a notification and the item is still available.

Check nearby store inventory
If you would rather look for the item now than wait for an online restock, open its product page and use “check all store inventory” below “add to bag.” You can also filter products by “available near you” and select a store. Account email preferences are for general messages about product drops, collaborations, and community events. Turning those emails on does not replace choosing a particular sold-out item’s colour and size and selecting “notify me.”
