To search repeatedly for a larger Cherub Egg in Ride A Pet!, use a private server by yourself: search the map, decide whether to keep the egg, and, if you pass, leave, wait a few seconds on the server list, then rejoin the same server and search again. When you find an egg you want, use its “Pick Up” interaction. The steps and mechanics below are reported by NerdsChalk’s guide, updated September 23, 2026; they have not been independently confirmed against official game documentation.
How the private-server rejoin loop works
The method described by NerdsChalk relies on being the only player in a private server. According to the guide, other players prevent the reset this method needs. It does not give a size threshold for what counts as “big,” so whether to keep an egg is your choice.

- Create and join a private server. Make sure you are alone before starting the search.
- Search the map. Look for a Cherub Egg and assess its size. The guide’s example begins at Your Ranch and travels toward the hills using a red dragon mount; that is an example, not a required route.
- Pass on an egg you do not want. Open the game menu, select “Leave,” and confirm.
- Wait on the private-server list. Give the server a few seconds to shut down and restart, then select “Join” beside that same server.
- Search again. Repeat the leave, wait, and rejoin cycle if you want to look for another egg.
These are version-sensitive game instructions reported by the NerdsChalk guide; no official documentation confirming the reset behavior was available.
How to decide whether to keep and collect an egg
The guide offers no cutoff, size range, or odds for finding a larger egg. Compare the egg you find with your own goal: if it is large enough for you, stop searching and use the “Pick Up” interaction on the Cherub Egg. If it is not, leave and repeat the loop.

Using Eternal Tracker
Eternal Tracker is optional. NerdsChalk reports that it shows a green waypoint pointing toward the egg and displays the distance. The guide says the effect lasts five minutes and remains active after leaving and rejoining. Treat the duration and persistence as the guide’s reported mechanics, not as independently verified specifications.
What the showcase does—and does not—tell you
NerdsChalk’s example found a small Cherub Egg in a tree and a larger one in a rocky mountain crevice. After about five rejoins, its inventory showed 527.76K KG; the guide describes that as a lucky result. Those locations were discoveries in that run, not a fixed route, and neither the weight nor the number of rejoins predicts what another player will find.

Choosing how to travel
The guide says a loading tip names Kitsune as the fastest pet, but gives no speed comparison or independent confirmation. Its own demonstration uses a red dragon mount. Neither detail establishes which option is faster in practice, so use a mount you have available and can navigate with comfortably.
