If a STAR WARS: Galactic Racer Trophy is not unlocking, first confirm you met that Trophy’s exact in-game requirement, then check whether it is delayed or simply missing from the list. For PlayStation, general support guidance recommends signing out of PSN, restarting the console, and signing back in; on PlayStation PC, check the Trophies list in the PlayStation overlay. No confirmed game-specific Trophy defect or guaranteed fix is documented in the sources available.
Confirm the platform and the right achievement list
The game supports Trophies on PlayStation and achievements on Xbox and Steam, according to the official game FAQ. They are tracked by different platform services, so check the list for the platform where you played. PlayStation PC players use PlayStation Trophies in the PlayStation overlay; that is not the same as checking Steam achievements.

Check that the Trophy’s exact condition is complete
Open the description for the specific Trophy or achievement and check every condition it names. A requirement may depend on a particular event or mode, a difficulty setting, an order of actions, or a fully completed objective. General PlayStation troubleshooting guidance advises confirming what must be accomplished; do not assume that general progress in the game satisfies a more specific condition.

If the description is unclear, note the exact wording and what you did. The official sources available do not establish verified conditions for individual Galactic Racer Trophies, so avoid relying on guesses about hidden requirements.
Allow for a delay and check the platform list
A missing pop-up does not necessarily mean the unlock failed. Bethesda Support notes that “Networking or connection issues may delay the appearance of your trophy.” If you played while offline or your connection was unstable, wait briefly, then check the platform’s Trophy or achievement list directly.

Refresh PlayStation’s account session
For PlayStation console players, Bethesda’s instructions are general PlayStation troubleshooting, not a confirmed Galactic Racer-specific repair. Sign out of PSN, restart the console, and sign back in from the main screen. If the Trophy still has not appeared and you are sure its condition is complete, try the requirement again. Bethesda’s support article says to re-attempt the Trophy after refreshing has not resolved the issue.

- Sign in to PSN again from the main screen.
- Check the Trophy list. If it is still missing, retry the requirement.
Check Trophies on PlayStation PC
If you are playing the PlayStation PC version, press Shift+F1 to open the PlayStation overlay, then select Trophies, as described in PlayStation’s Trophy instructions. This lets you check the PlayStation Trophy list; it is not a troubleshooting procedure for Steam achievements.

Contact the game’s support team if it remains missing
The game’s known-issues notice directs players with problems not listed there to the STAR WARS: Galactic Racer Customer Support Centre. No official Xbox- or Steam-specific recovery sequence is established in the sources cited here, so use the relevant platform’s list and contact game support if the issue persists.
When reporting the issue, include the platform, the Trophy or achievement name, the game version if visible, when and in which mode you completed the requirement, whether the account was signed in and online, and the steps you have already tried. The support route does not guarantee that a missing unlock can be awarded manually.
