If Spooky Dash will not activate—or another jump-related action such as mantling seems blocked—check whether the Sprite has charges. Epic says Spooky Dash uses charges that replenish over time. Players have also reported that spending charges gained from purple water may restore other jump actions, but Epic has not confirmed that interaction as a fix.
Check whether Spooky Dash has charges
Epic describes the Spooky Dash Sprite as an ability for dashing into or away from a fight, with charges that replenish over time. Check the current in-game ability prompt to see whether charges are available before troubleshooting your controls.

Check the in-game prompt again and retry when charges are available. If the input remains unresponsive, treat it as an unresolved in-game issue rather than assuming a particular controller or platform setting is responsible.
