Match the conditions as well as the symptom; these reports do not establish that every similar-looking problem has the same cause.

- Monitor blinks or the system becomes highly unresponsive: The developer reports this can happen after changing Display Mode to Fullscreen and switching focus between apps.
- Flickering or distorted image on Intel Arc A580: The listed issue applies when resizable bar is disabled.
- MSAA upscale looks or behaves unexpectedly: The developer says MSAA upscale does not currently function as expected.
- Crash with an NVIDIA 50-series GPU: The developer identifies certain cases involving both DLSS and Frame Generation. The report does not apply to every NVIDIA GPU or every use of DLSS.
- Steam Deck appears to hang while opening the EOS overlay: The known-issues post says the overlay may fail to display; press B to cancel and return to the game.
These are issue-specific notes, not general fixes for low FPS or stuttering. If your symptoms do not match the listed conditions, do not assume that changing the related setting will resolve them.

The developer’s FAQ says consistent 30 fps is achievable on Steam Deck with “the optimal settings,” but it does not identify those settings. The statement therefore cannot tell you which preset or individual options to use. Check the official FAQ and the current known-issues post rather than relying on an invented preset.

PS5 and Xbox: use the symptom-specific support route
The official FAQ confirms PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions, but the sources cited here do not provide console-specific performance fixes. The PC requirements and PC GPU issues above should not be applied to consoles. If the problem is not covered in the current developer notices, submit it through the official support form.
Report an issue that is not listed
The developer directs players to its support form for unlisted bugs and asks them to check the known-issues post first. For a useful report, include the platform, PC hardware if applicable, relevant settings, when the problem occurs, and steps that reproduce it. These details are good reporting practice, not a quoted list of required fields.

The official material cited here does not verify a specific graphics preset, driver rollback, shader-cache deletion, frame cap, or hardware upgrade as a fix for this game’s general stuttering. General PC housekeeping may be worth considering, but it should not be presented as a tested, game-specific remedy. Likewise, the Steam Deck performance note does not reveal the settings behind its 30 fps statement.
