Windows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread
Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstallCrashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?
Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteFirst identify whether the missing track belongs to your base game, a limited-access demo or free experience, or an online catalogue such as Just Dance+. For the documented Just Dance 2023/2024 case where newly redeemed 2024 songs are missing, Ubisoft’s fix is to let the content download finish, quit the game, and restart it. Other causes need different checks; there is no single fix documented for every edition.
Start by identifying what is missing
Before troubleshooting, check the game year and platform, whether you own or redeemed the edition, whether the song is part of that game or a subscription catalogue, whether you are online, and whether a download is still in progress. These distinctions matter because a missing base-game song, a two-song demo limit, and a track removed from an online catalogue are different problems.

- Base-game song: Included with a particular edition. A download or entitlement issue may prevent it from appearing.
- Just Dance+ song: Part of an online subscription catalogue whose availability can change.
- Just Dance Unlimited song: A legacy catalogue with its own compatibility and licensing history.
- Limited-access play: Demo or free access may intentionally offer fewer songs than a purchased edition.
If 2024 songs are missing after redeeming Just Dance 2024
Ubisoft’s Just Dance 2024 Edition FAQ says the game may have been launched before the 2024 content download finished. Let the download complete, then quit and restart the game.
Recommended Free Tools
- Check the console’s download or installation queue and wait until the Just Dance 2024 content has finished downloading.
- Quit Just Dance completely rather than leaving it suspended.
- Launch the game again and check the song library.
If the tracks are still missing after those steps, Ubisoft directs players to contact support for Just Dance 2024. This documented recovery applies to the 2023/2024 shared installation described in the FAQ, not necessarily to every Just Dance edition or platform.

If only two songs are available
Check which edition and access mode you have before treating this as a library fault. Ubisoft’s 2024 FAQ says that access to only two songs probably means you are playing the Just Dance demo; it directs demo players to purchase Just Dance 2024 Edition for access to more songs. If you bought it but still see only two, use the FAQ’s support route.
The limited-access pattern also appears in the 2026 free experience, but the details differ: Ubisoft’s version 26.0.0 patch notes say free users receive tokens for songs from the latest edition and can continue to play two songs without limit after their tokens run out. That is not evidence that a purchased game’s full library has disappeared.

If songs are missing only when you are offline
For Nintendo Switch, Ubisoft’s 2024 FAQ says an internet connection is needed to access all songs in the game. It allows up to 40 base-game songs to be downloaded for offline play; some map versions may be unavailable because of limited download space. That allowance applies to base-game songs, not subscription tracks.

The same FAQ says PS5 and Xbox Series X|S require internet for setup and use of the dedicated controller app. If an expected song is unavailable offline, reconnect and check whether it is a base-game download or an online-catalogue track.

If a Just Dance+ or Unlimited song is absent
Check the edition and service
Just Dance Unlimited and Just Dance+ are separate services. Ubisoft says Unlimited is not compatible with Just Dance 2023 or 2024. Its 2026 service overview describes Just Dance+ as playable through the 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 editions, with an Ubisoft account, a console account, persistent internet access, and a paid subscription subject to age and territory terms. Confirm the service and game edition associated with your access.
Check whether the track remains in the catalogue
Subscription catalogues can change for licensing reasons. In a January 27, 2026 article, Ubisoft explained: “Every song available in the service relies on licensing agreements that evolve over time, and these conditions directly affect what we can keep, renew, or add to the catalogue.” The announcement said most original 2023/2024 tracklists were planned to join Just Dance+ in batches, with a limited number excluded for licensing reasons. It does not establish the live availability of every song on a later date, so check the current in-game catalogue and the song’s original edition.

- If what you want is quality at the best price do not keep looking!
If a track is excluded from the subscription catalogue for licensing reasons, restarting or reinstalling cannot be promised to restore it. Ubisoft Help also announced that approximately 200 songs were scheduled for removal from Just Dance Unlimited on August 1, 2024, citing licensing constraints. That was a dated service change, not a current recovery procedure.
Choose the fix that matches the symptom
| What you see | Likely explanation | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| New 2024 songs absent in a 2023/2024 installation after redemption | The content download may not have finished before the game started (Ubisoft 2024 FAQ). | Wait for the download to finish, quit the game, and restart it. Contact Ubisoft support if the songs remain absent. |
| Only two songs in Just Dance 2024 | You may be in the demo, according to Ubisoft’s FAQ. | Confirm ownership of the edition; if purchased and still limited, use Ubisoft’s support route. |
| Two songs remain after free-play tokens run out in the 2026 experience | Ubisoft’s version 26.0.0 notes describe two songs as available without limit. | Check the access mode and token status rather than assuming a download failure. |
| Song unavailable offline on Switch | It may not be among the downloaded base-game maps, or may be an online subscription map. | Reconnect; for eligible base-game maps, check downloads and available storage. |
| One Just Dance+ song missing while other songs work | The track may not be in the current catalogue, including due to licensing. | Check the in-game catalogue and the track’s original edition. |
When to contact support
Contact Ubisoft when the 2024 content download is complete and a full restart has not restored the redeemed songs, or when you purchased the edition but remain limited to two songs. Include your platform, game edition, the affected song or songs, and whether the relevant download completed; these details help distinguish an entitlement or installation problem from catalogue availability.
