Remove an old pairing if the earbuds are listed but won’t connect
Open the phone’s saved Bluetooth devices, tap the entry for the earbuds, and choose the phone’s Forget or Remove option. Then scan again and pair as a new device. Menu names vary between phones.

Try another phone as an isolation check
If another phone is available, scan for the earbuds with it. This can help narrow down whether the problem is specific to the first phone or persists across devices; it does not, by itself, prove which component is faulty.
What to do if the earbuds still won’t appear
Put both earbuds back in the case, check their seating and charge, then repeat the Bluetooth scan. Don’t use another model’s reset gesture
The HOPPUP AirDoze F50 manual says that removing its earbuds from the case starts pairing, or that pressing its CTC for five seconds starts pairing. Contact HOPPUP if the E51 remains unavailable to pair after the checks above, especially if it cannot be discovered by more than one phone or one earbud appears not to charge or sync.
