After completing The Hedron Link, follow Zoe’s radio call to begin Zoe’s Briefing. Return to the Watchtower in Central and talk to her; that is the quest’s only listed objective.
How to start Zoe’s Briefing
The Hedron Link is the prerequisite. After you complete it, Zoe calls over the radio and Zoe’s Briefing starts automatically. Its starting location is listed as The Unknown Zone, but there is no separate item to collect or objective to complete there.

Where to find Zoe and complete the quest
- Return to the Watchtower in Central.
- Speak with Zoe to complete Zoe’s Briefing.
The quest lists no reward. The conversation starts Maintenance Protocol and may also start New Growth if you have not already triggered that quest by picking up the Level 6 Security Clearance card in The Park. If you already started New Growth there, talking to Zoe still completes Zoe’s Briefing and starts Maintenance Protocol.
