Prerequisites Before You Start
- A working internet connection and a device you can access (PC recommended).

Password reset on the Activision login page

If you can’t find the email at all, you’re left with the support-based recovery route. This is slower, but it’s the legitimate path when the reset form requires an email address you can’t confirm.
Try the support-based account recovery path
Use the official Activision account recovery / support flow. Look for pages titled similarly to Account Recovery, Contact Support, or Can’t Access Your Account?
During the process, you’ll typically provide any combination of details that helps them locate the account you mean—then verify you’re the rightful owner.
Use evidence you can verify

- Check Spam, Promotions, Updates, and any “Quarantine” view.
