If you’ve lost JLab Jib True Wireless Earbuds, first identify the exact model and check whether its locating feature was set up before it went missing. JLab tracking options vary by model: some supported earbuds can use Google Find Hub, Apple Find My applies only to the JBuds Mini ANC charging case, and Tile is documented for JBuds Air Pro. If none of those services was configured, use a physical search; Bluetooth pairing or reset steps won’t locate a lost earbud.
Identify the exact model and phone platform
“Jib” is often used informally when referring to JLab earbuds, but the brand name alone does not show whether a locating feature is available. Check the product box, receipt, order history, or the device name in your phone’s Bluetooth history. Then note whether you use Android or an Apple device and whether you had already enabled Find Hub, Find My, or Tile.

JLab’s Google Find Hub compatibility list names specific supported models, including JBuds Mini, JBuds Air Pro, JBuds Air ANC, JBuds Air Sport, Go Pop+, and Go Pop ANC. It does not establish support for every JLab product.
Try Google Find Hub for a supported Android model
JLab’s Find Hub instructions require a supported earbud model, an Android device running Android 14 or newer, and a Google Account. The earbuds must have been connected and linked to the account before they were lost; the setup sequence cannot be completed remotely after the loss.

- On the Android device, open Settings > Bluetooth while the earbuds are connected.
- Tap the gear icon beside the JLab product, then choose Find Device.
- Use the available option to ring the earbuds or view their last known location.

Check Apple Find My only for the JBuds Mini ANC case
Apple Find My is a narrow exception: JLab documents it for the JBuds Mini ANC charging case, not the earbuds themselves, and not the regular JBuds Mini. If you own the ANC model and added its case to Find My before it went missing, open the Find My app to play a sound, get directions, or view the case’s location. Use Tile if you had set it up for JBuds Air Pro
The JBuds Air Pro manual instructs owners to download the Tile app and activate it to find the earbuds. It also warns that activating Tile reduces earbud playtime. This guidance is specific to JBuds Air Pro; the manual does not establish Tile support for all JLab earbuds. If Tile was not activated before the loss, the manual does not describe a way to enable it remotely afterward.

Search physically if no configured service applies
If the model is unsupported or you did not configure its locating service before losing it, the cited JLab documentation does not establish a universal remote-tracking method. Retrace where you last used the earbuds and check pockets, bags, furniture, and the area around the charging spot. Look separately for the charging case and each earbud.

Pairing and factory-reset instructions address connection problems, not location. Resetting is not a substitute for a tracking feature; JLab’s earbud reset guide covers reset steps.

If you cannot recover the missing piece, contact JLab with the exact model name. Its contact page links to an option for purchasing a replacement earbud or charging case, but availability and compatibility depend on the model. JLab’s warranty policy describes a two-year warranty for Bluetooth-device defects subject to its terms and says lost or stolen items are not JLab’s responsibility; losing an earbud by itself is not a defect claim.
