To copy the link customers can use to review your business, open its Google Business Profile, select Read reviews, then Get more reviews, and choose Copy. This is a request link for your business—not a link to one particular customer review.
Copy your business’s Google review link
- Open the Google Business Profile for the business. If you manage multiple locations, select the profile you want customers to review.
- Select Read reviews.
- Select Get more reviews.
- Select Copy to copy the review-request link, then paste it into the message or location where you want to share it.
These are Google’s documented steps in its instructions for creating a review link or QR code. Labels and controls can vary as Google updates the interface. If you do not see them, look in the current Business Profile for an option to share reviews or get more reviews.

Get a QR code for Google reviews
Use the same review-sharing workflow and choose the QR code option. Google says review QR codes can currently be generated only in a computer browser, not on a mobile device. You can print the code for display in your store or share it through channels such as receipts, thank-you emails, and chats.

Share one existing customer review instead
If you mean a link to a specific review that has already been posted, use Google Maps rather than the Business Profile’s request-link workflow:

- Open Google Maps and search for the business name and city.
- Select Reviews.
- Find the review, select More beside it, then select Share review.
- Choose Send a link, then select COPY LINK.

Before you ask customers to leave a review
- Ask for an honest review based on a genuine experience. Google prohibits offering incentives for posting a review, changing a review, or removing a negative review. See Google’s review-link guidance and tips to get more reviews.
- Customers must be signed in to a Google Account to post. A Google Account can use a non-Gmail email address.
- Review availability can vary by country or region and business category.
