To export your own currently-for-sale Etsy listings without code, use Etsy’s built-in CSV download: go to Etsy.com → Shop Manager → Settings → Options → Download Data, then choose Download CSV under Currently for Sale Listings. Open the downloaded file in a spreadsheet application. Etsy’s API Terms prohibit automated scraping without express written authorization, so a third-party scraper is not the right substitute for this seller export.
Export your currently-for-sale listings
Etsy Help Center documents a no-code download for a CSV file of currently-for-sale listings. Follow these steps on Etsy.com:
- Sign in and open Shop Manager.
- Select Settings, then Options.
- Open the Download Data tab.
- Under Currently for Sale Listings, select Download CSV.
- Open the downloaded CSV in a spreadsheet program such as Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
Etsy says CSV files work with most spreadsheet applications. Its help page describes this export as currently-for-sale listings; it does not establish the exact columns included, so inspect the downloaded file before relying on particular fields. See Etsy’s Help Center download instructions.

Why not use a scraper?
The built-in CSV is the direct no-code option for your own active catalog. Etsy’s API Terms state: “Use or promote the use of automated systems or browser extensions to access, analyze, or scrape the Etsy Site, the Etsy API or any Etsy data, including but not limited to Etsy listings, shops, or user profiles, unless expressly authorized in writing by Etsy;” Read the Etsy API Terms of Use before using any automated service or extension to access Etsy data. Do not assume that a third-party scraper is authorized or endorsed by Etsy.
When the Etsy API is appropriate
The API is a developer integration route, rather than a quick CSV export. Etsy’s documentation describes seller apps for shop owners connecting tools to their own shop data; access is scoped to the registered shop and does not provide access to other sellers’ private shop data. Listing API operations use OAuth permissions, including listings_r and listings_w. App registration and OAuth make this a different, more involved path than downloading a file.
