Choose the export that matches what you need

Fluxguard documents ZIP downloads on a capture-by-capture basis; its FAQ does not describe a bulk ZIP export of every capture. The CSV is a page inventory, not a substitute for downloading the evidence bundle for a particular version.

Download a ZIP for an individual capture
- Open the monitored page’s Page View.
- Locate the capture or version you want to preserve.
- Click the arrow icon beside that capture to download its ZIP.
The ZIP is a bundle of capture evidence rather than only a formatted change summary. Its contents, as listed in Fluxguard’s FAQ, include screenshots, HTML, network activity, comparison files, and a manifest. Fluxguard describes the action as downloading ZIPs “on a capture-by-capture basis.”
Download the monitored-page CSV
- Open the Dashboard.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Use the CSV download option to export the monitored-page list.
The CSV is useful when you need an inventory and links to recent versions. For the comparison details themselves, Fluxguard’s Comparison Viewer supports review of text, rendered HTML, pixels, network activity, and other comparison types; Page View is where you can revisit historical captures.

Use scheduled email summaries instead of a manual download
Fluxguard’s monitoring tutorial says summary emails are sent daily by default and that their frequency can be adjusted in Account Settings. Available frequency choices can change, so check the current settings in your account. An email summary is a reporting option, not a replacement for exporting and retaining a capture ZIP when you need its underlying files.
Check retention before treating Fluxguard as your archive
Retained versions depend on the account plan. Fluxguard says older versions may be removed when the plan’s preservation limit is exceeded, so do not assume that every capture will remain available indefinitely. If a particular capture matters for audit, investigation, or recordkeeping, download its ZIP while it is still available. Check Fluxguard’s current account and plan details for the applicable retention allowance.
