You can download Facebook Lead Ads submissions as a CSV for a one-time export, or set up a CRM connection for ongoing delivery. The manual route described in available instructions is Meta Business Suite → More Tools → Instant Forms → select a form → Download. Labels may differ in your account, so use the controls currently shown there.
Choose between a CSV export and ongoing lead delivery

Meta’s lead-generation guide describes syncing leads generated through Meta directly to a CRM. Meta’s developer-maintained Leads Retrieval Set-up & Checker covers API and webhook concepts. Neither route establishes that every CRM is available to every account.

Download Facebook leads as a CSV
- Open Meta Business Suite. Use the business or Page associated with the lead form.
- Open the Instant Forms area. The available manual instructions give the path as More Tools → Instant Forms.
- Select the form. Choose the specific form whose submissions you need, then choose Download.
- Choose which leads to export. Select new leads since the previous download, or choose a date range for a historical export.
- Choose CSV and save the file. Store or share it according to your team’s normal handling process.

Set up recurring delivery to a CRM
For regular lead handling, Meta’s guide describes connecting a CRM so leads generated through Meta can sync directly into it. The guide also notes Meta Business Partners as a way to make CRM integrations easier. Check your own account and provider setup for availability; the cited material does not verify support for every CRM or account.

A custom integration is a separate technical path. Meta’s developer example describes setup checks, Pages API webhook connections, and lead retrieval through form or ad lead endpoints. Teams taking this route should plan for implementation and maintenance rather than treating it as a CSV download.
Keep lead retrieval separate from Conversions API data sharing
Retrieving leads means getting the submitted lead information into a file or connected system. Meta’s guide describes the Conversions API as a distinct use: sharing CRM data back to Meta to help optimize toward leads more likely to convert. That is a measurement and optimization workflow, not the mechanism for downloading the original lead file.
