In Firefox, open the page’s Print… dialog, set Destination to Save to PDF, then use the preview to adjust Orientation, Scale, paper size, or margins until the entire table fits. Save only after checking the preview: a site’s print styling can affect the result, and browser settings cannot always fix a layout constrained by the webpage itself.
Save a Firefox webpage as a PDF
- Open the webpage you want to save.
- Open the Firefox menu and select Print…. Firefox opens print preview.
- Set Destination to Save to PDF.
- Expand More settings and check the preview. If the table extends beyond the page, adjust the fit settings below.
- When the preview shows the full table, save the PDF.

Adjust settings to fit a wide table

Make one change at a time and recheck the preview. That makes it easier to see which setting helped and to avoid shrinking the table more than necessary.
If the table is still cut off
The page may have print-specific styling that constrains the table or changes its layout. MDN explains that site authors can use @media print for print styles and @page for page dimensions, orientation, and margins: MDN: Printing – CSS.

- Try Landscape, Scale, Paper size, and Margins, then inspect the preview again.
- If the preview remains clipped, Firefox’s print controls may not be enough to override the webpage’s print layout.
- If you maintain the site, review its print CSS, especially rules affecting table width, overflow, and page breaks. Test the revised print preview before saving.
