Download and print transaction history from the web

Sign in to Venmo in a web browser and open the Statements page. For a business profile, Venmo identifies account.venmo.com/statement as the statement page.

If the page provides a profile selector, choose the personal or business profile whose records you need. Business users should check that the correct profile is selected before downloading.

Choose the date range if the page offers that option, then download the available statement or transaction-history file. The business-profile instructions describe downloading transaction history as a CSV file. Venmo’s documentation does not establish that every personal account offers a PDF or the same date-range controls.

Open the downloaded file on your computer. If it is a CSV, open it in a spreadsheet application and check that the dates and columns cover the records you need.

Use the spreadsheet application’s print command, review the print preview, and adjust settings such as orientation or scaling if needed to keep the information readable. These are standard file-printing steps; Venmo does not specify a particular page setup.

Check the printed pages for the correct profile and period, then store them securely because they contain financial information.

Get a Teen Account statement
Venmo says Teen Account statements use the same Statements page as personal statements. Select the Teen Account profile and the desired period from the available dropdowns before downloading. Venmo describes statement periods as monthly or quarterly, depending on activity, with records going back three years; this availability applies specifically to Teen Accounts, not necessarily to every Venmo profile.

Get a Venmo Credit Card billing statement
For a credit-card bill rather than a record of Venmo payments, open the Venmo app and go to the Credit Card section to view or download the billing statement. Venmo also says an electronic statement is sent to the email address associated with the account. This statement route is distinct from the website’s general transaction-history download.
Know the difference between a statement and a tax form
A transaction statement is an account record, not a tax form. Venmo says statements may help with other reporting obligations when a user does not receive tax documents, but tax documents are accessed separately through the Tax Document Center. For questions about how a record applies to your individual tax situation, consult a tax professional.

Confirm you are signed in to the web account and looking at the Statements page, rather than a payment-detail screen.

For a business profile, use the profile dropdown and check that the correct business profile is selected.

Use the format actually offered on your account page. The available evidence confirms CSV guidance for business transaction history but does not confirm a PDF export or direct print control for standard personal accounts.

If you need a Credit Card billing statement, use the app’s Credit Card section instead of the general transaction-history page.
