There is no single teardown sequence for every Samsung front-load washer. Before removing a panel, find the washer’s complete model code and your country or region, then use the matching Samsung repair guide and parts diagram if available. Find the exact model and regional variant
Look for the complete model code on the washer’s identification label and note the country or region where the appliance is sold or used. Search Samsung’s support hub by model code or product name using Samsung Support. Samsung’s model pages can list manuals and repair documents for particular models and markets; documents with similar titles are not necessarily interchangeable.

For example, the Samsung support page for model WW10FG5U34AE showed English repair-guide files modified in May and September 2025. That is evidence that documents can vary by model and revision, not a guide that should be applied to another washer. Open the page for your own model and check the document’s model, region, language, and revision details.
Get the repair guide and parts diagram before opening the cabinet
On the exact model’s support page, look for a repair guide and, if available, an exploded view or parts list. Samsung makes such documents available on some model pages, but availability differs. Use the diagram to identify a component and verify its fit by the complete model code before ordering a replacement.

Do not follow a panel-removal, fastener, connector, or component sequence taken from a different Samsung washer unless the applicable guide confirms it. A guide for another model may describe a different arrangement, and the available information does not establish one teardown sequence that fits all Samsung front-load washers.
Use tool lists as examples, not specifications
A RepairClinic Samsung front-load disassembly video published in 2013 lists a multi screwdriver, Phillips bit, 10 mm and 19 mm sockets, rubber mallet, needle-nose pliers, and flat-head bit. This is a generic example from that video, not a verified tool list for your washer. Check your own model’s repair guide before assembling tools or starting work.

Decide whether the job is a simple access task or a deeper teardown
Once you have the correct documentation, compare the proposed repair with what the guide actually covers. If the guide and parts diagram identify the component and the access steps clearly, you can assess that task on its own. If the repair requires a deeper teardown, the guide is missing, or the part and sequence remain unclear, do not substitute instructions for a different model; seek qualified appliance service.
