Before you start
You need an existing Hostinger AI Builder online store in manual mode and an active Hostinger Ecommerce subscription to access its store-management area. Hostinger’s store-access guide describes that subscription requirement: Hostinger guide to accessing online store settings.

Connect Printful in manual mode
- Open your manual-mode site dashboard and go to Integrations.
- Choose Get started beside Printful.
- Select Add Printful and confirm the installation.
- When prompted, log in to Printful or create an account, then follow the on-screen flow to connect the services.

Finish setup before taking orders
Connecting the accounts is only the start. Hostinger identifies these setup tasks as necessary for successfully accepting print-on-demand orders:
- Create products in the connected workflow.
- Set up billing with Printful.
- Add a payment method to your online store.
- Configure shipping.
Print-on-demand means an item is produced after a customer orders it. Hostinger’s guide explains that “When a customer places an order in your store, the product is produced, packed, and shipped directly to them.” Its product examples include apparel, accessories, home and lifestyle items, and stationery. Hostinger also describes a catalog of over 400 customizable products, but the guide’s publication year is not stated; treat the count as Hostinger’s catalog description, not a promise about current availability. Create products and make them visible
After connection, use Printful’s catalog to select an item and its variants, such as colors and sizes. Add your design and product description, choose mockups, and set a price. Products are normally added to your store automatically. If a product does not appear in the product list, use Sync Printful products. Publish the store for the products to appear publicly. These steps are covered in Hostinger’s guide to creating and editing print-on-demand products in manual mode.
Know what product edits sync
Changes made in the store manager and Printful do not sync in the same way. Hostinger says store-manager edits other than the product name do not sync to Printful; its examples include price changes and discounts. Product-detail edits made in Printful’s dashboard sync to the store, except price changes. Check both dashboards after editing so the displayed offer and the fulfillment details remain consistent.

Choose products for your store, not just the catalog
Product selection is separate from connecting the accounts. Compare options against your audience and design, the available product types and variants, your pricing and margin, and whether fulfillment and shipping suit your customers. Hostinger’s sample-order guide says samples can help assess fabric, print, and packaging, and reports a 20% discount on sample orders. That offer may change, so verify it with Printful before relying on it.
