To connect a Browse AI robot to Google Sheets or Airtable, open the robot’s Integrate tab, enable the destination, authorize the account, choose the spreadsheet or base, configure the sync, then run a task to verify that extracted data arrives. Set up and test the robot first: connecting a destination does not create extracted data by itself.
Before you connect a destination
Have a trained robot that has successfully captured data. You will also need access to the destination account:

- Google Sheets: A Google account. An existing spreadsheet is optional because setup can create one. To use an existing spreadsheet, the authorized account needs Edit access to it. Browse AI’s Google Sheets setup guide lists these prerequisites.
- Airtable: An Airtable account with permission to create and modify bases, plus at least one successful test run of the robot. See Browse AI’s Airtable setup guide.
Connect Browse AI to Google Sheets
- In the Browse AI dashboard, select the robot and open Integrate.
- Choose Google Sheets and enable syncing.
- Use the account controls to authorize the Google account that should receive the data.
- Select a spreadsheet from Google Drive, or create a new one. For an existing file, make sure the authorized account has Edit access.
- Choose which data to sync: Changed or added data, Only changed data, or Only added data.
- Open the robot’s Overview tab and run a task. Check the Google spreadsheet for the robot’s data in a new tab.
Browse AI’s Google Sheets guide says task runs and monitoring checks append newly captured data to the spreadsheet. If another robot uses an already integrated spreadsheet, its information appears on a fresh worksheet in that spreadsheet.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsWhat the Google Sheets filters mean
The filters compare the latest extraction with previous runs. A record is treated as changed when its values differ, and as added when it was not present in earlier runs. The integration follows the robot’s scheduled run frequency. The filter controls what new data is synced; existing spreadsheet data is left unchanged. See Browse AI’s guide to syncing only new or updated data.

Connect Browse AI to Airtable
- In the Browse AI dashboard, select the robot and open Integrate.
- Choose the Airtable tile and enable syncing.
- Select Authorize New Account and complete authorization, or choose an account that is already connected.
- Select the Airtable base where the records should go.
- Map the robot’s captured fields to Airtable columns, review the configuration, and activate it.
- Run a task and check Airtable to confirm that the extracted text appears in the mapped fields.
After setup, Browse AI says data captured by a task run or monitoring check is automatically updated to Airtable. The steps and field requirements are documented in the Airtable integration guide.
Airtable field requirement and limit
Browse AI’s guide specifies multiline text fields for synced Airtable data and a limit of 100,000 characters per field. Keep mapped columns as multiline text; changing a field to another type, such as currency, can break the sync. The cited guide is dated March 13, 2026, so check it for the current constraint if your setup depends on a particular field configuration.

Choose Google Sheets or Airtable
Both are supported destination integrations. Google Sheets is the direct choice when you want the result in a spreadsheet, while Airtable is suited to a base where you want to map captured fields to columns. The practical setup differences are:

Troubleshoot missing or broken syncs
No data appears in Google Sheets
- Confirm the robot completed an extraction successfully; integration setup alone does not produce records.
- Check that you selected the intended spreadsheet and are looking at the new worksheet/tab.
- For an existing spreadsheet, verify the authorized Google account has Edit access.
- After enabling the integration, run the task again and check the sheet. Browse AI’s setup guide recommends checking the selected sheet and rerunning the task.
No data appears in Airtable or sync stops
- Confirm the task extracted data successfully and the integration is active.
- Verify the selected base and field mapping.
- Check that the account has permission to create and modify bases.
- Keep mapped fields as multiline text and ensure a value does not exceed the documented 100,000-character field limit.
Other ways to move Browse AI data
If Sheets and Airtable are not the right destination, Browse AI’s integrations collection lists APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make.com, and Pabbly Connect. Its robot capabilities overview also describes CSV and JSON downloads and other integration options. Choose these when you need another destination or a more customized workflow; they are not required for either spreadsheet setup above.

If your goal is a clean screenshot of a webpage rather than sending Browse AI extraction data into a spreadsheet or base, ScreenshotNeo is a website screenshot API and MCP server. One GET request can return a PNG, JPEG, WebP, or PDF. This does not replace the Browse AI Sheets or Airtable integrations.
Rank #4
For example, this cURL request captures a page as WebP:
curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webp
See the ScreenshotNeo documentation for request options. It removes supported cookie or consent banners, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture; each of those cleanup steps can be turned off. Bot checks, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and response headers report the page verdict and billing status. Its MCP server provides take_screenshot, get_page_info, and capture_pdf for AI agents and MCP clients. The free plan includes 1,000 screenshots per month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000.
