Accept the quest from Shiro
Find Iceveil Guard Shiro at the entrance to Iceveil Settlement, beside the red torii gate, and speak with him to accept Supply the Settlement. The supply wagon is next to the gate. The quest tracker separates the meat, elixir, and return-to-Shiro objectives. A quest index also lists Shiro and Iceveil Settlement for this quest: Project Slayers quest index.

- Travel to Windy Peak and accept Lucy’s Acquire Bear Meat quest.
- Go to Bamboo Grove and speak with Tom. Choose the level-10 option shown in the walkthrough:
I'll drive the bears back(Lv 10). - Defeat four Bear Cubs, following the objective counter. This step calls for Bear Cubs, not Mother Bear.
- Return to Lucy and select Hand over the meat. The walkthrough says each completed Lucy-and-Tom loop awards 3 Cooked Bear Meat, so repeat the sequence until you have 9.

Buy the correct elixirs from Meku
Go to Mistfall Harbor and purchase 25 items named Health Elixir from Alchemist Meku. Do not buy Rika’s similarly named Health Regen Potion for this objective; the walkthrough says it will not count.
Slayers 2 Guide reports a price of 350 Wen and 2 Demon Horns per Health Elixir. At those reported prices, 25 cost 8,750 Wen and 50 Demon Horns. Confirm Meku’s current shop display before buying, as the price is guide-reported rather than guaranteed by official documentation. Slayers 2 Guide.

Stock the wagon and finish the quest
- Return to the wagon beside Shiro at Iceveil Settlement.
- Hold
Tto stock the supplies. Check that both the meat and elixir objectives register in the tracker. - Speak with Shiro again to complete the return objective.

Quick troubleshooting
- Meat is not registering: verify you have Cooked Bear Meat from Lucy’s hand-in, rather than another bear-related item.
- The hunt objective is incomplete: defeat Bear Cubs until Tom’s counter reaches four; the walkthrough specifies these rather than Mother Bear.
- Medicine is not registering: check that the item is Health Elixir from Meku, not Health Regen Potion.
- The quest still asks you to return: stock the wagon beside Shiro, then speak to Shiro again.
