Where to find the Nomad Camp and Equatorial Sundial
The Nomad Camp is beneath the Railyard on Pendola Pass. PC Gamer places its entrance at a pipe between the Railyard and Transit Tunnel, west of the Railyard. Follow the route into the camp and look for the highlighted bag on the raised platform or walkway; searching it yields the Equatorial Sundial. Where to use the Equatorial Sundial
Carry the sundial to the church in Old Town and reach the top of its tower. PC Gamer’s route is to climb the spiral staircase in the southeast corner, take the zipline into the tower, and interact with the railing to hold up the item. The quest interaction is at the top of the church, not at the camp where you found the sundial. See PC Gamer’s route for the described approach.
How to extract without losing the quest item
The sundial needs to remain with you through extraction. Guides recommend putting it in a safe pocket so it is less exposed to the risk of losing it during the raid; this is advice, not a confirmed mandatory augment requirement. Bring your usual healing and protection supplies if useful for your run, but those are preparation suggestions rather than listed Clean Hands objectives. GamesRadar and PC Gamer recommend the safe-pocket approach.

For the Pendola Pass gondola extraction described by PC Gamer, activate the console and go to the gondola’s drop location. Keep the sundial with you until the extraction completes. The walkthrough presents extraction as the final quest step.
Does Clean Hands require a hand-in to Cassio?
Published walkthroughs differ on the endpoint. PC Gamer treats extraction with the sundial as completion; Destructoid adds a return to Speranza and delivery of the sundial to Cassio, the Nomadic Envoy. iTechGuides also notes that the guides disagree. The materials available do not establish an authoritative in-game rule resolving that difference, so after extraction and return, follow the quest tracker: if it shows a hand-in objective, deliver the sundial to Cassio; if it marks the quest complete, no extra delivery is indicated. Destructoid’s walkthrough describes the hand-in, while iTechGuides discusses the conflicting instructions.
