007 First Light’s latest documented free update is Update 1.3.0: Extended Operations, released October 1, 2026. Download it through the update facility of the platform where your game is installed. The optional Grey Standard outfit is claimed separately by linking an IOI Account by November 1, 2026; it is not required to install the update. Missing edition or preorder bonuses use a different process from game patches.
What the free update includes
IO Interactive describes Update 1.3.0 as the first major free DLC for 007 First Light. Extended Operations adds New Game+, Photo Mode, a new “00” difficulty, TacSim missions Jungle Heist and Valhalla Protocol, and more than 700 fixes and improvements. How to install the game update
Use the update or download facility for the platform on which 007 First Light is installed. The official notes list platform-specific download sizes but do not give exact manual menu steps for forcing Update 1.3.0 to download. If it does not appear, consult your platform’s current client instructions or official support; do not use add-on entitlement menus as if they were patch-install controls.

The official FAQ says an internet connection is needed to download the Day 1 patch, after which the main campaign can be played offline. That statement concerns initial setup; it does not establish that later updates can be downloaded offline. The FAQ lists PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam, Epic, Microsoft Store), with Nintendo Switch 2 listed for March 2027. Check the official platform FAQ for current availability.
Claim the Grey Standard outfit separately
To unlock The Grey Standard outfit, connect the game to an IOI Account by November 1, 2026. This is an optional, time-limited account reward, not a requirement for downloading Update 1.3.0. The official FAQ says an IOI Account is not required to play, though some in-game rewards require one. Follow the account-linking information in the update notes.

Fix missing edition or preorder bonuses
Edition and preorder items are entitlements tied to the purchase, not the free game patch. First confirm the edition in your platform’s transaction or purchase history. Then use the applicable platform guidance below, based on IO Interactive’s support article for missing content.

PlayStation 5
- From the PS5 home screen, highlight 007 First Light.
- Press Options and choose Manage Game Content.
- Review the entitled content and download any included bonus or preorder item shown as not installed.
Xbox Series
- Open My games & apps and highlight 007 First Light without launching it.
- Press Menu and choose Manage game and add-ons.
- Select the game tile, review the included bonus content, and install any eligible items that are not installed.
- If the content still does not appear, the official support article says reinstalling may help.
Steam and Epic Games Store
- Steam: Open Account details > Purchase History, locate the purchase, and compare it with the receipt email. The official guidance does not give a separate add-on installation menu path.
- Epic Games Store: Check purchase history and confirm which edition is shown. The official guidance does not provide a separate installation menu path.
If a confirmed entitlement is still missing
Contact the relevant platform’s support team with the receipt or transaction number, as the official guide directs. These checks address purchased-edition and preorder add-ons; they do not explain how to force a base-game patch download.
