When the RG 34XXSP may fit
Its compact clamshell design and listed MicroSD expansion make it relevant if you value portability and a protected screen. ANBERNIC describes it as supporting “ported games and other 30+ emulators”; that broad vendor statement does not confirm that every SNES game runs correctly. The listing also says a screen protector is included in the box.
When the Pocket 4 or 4 Pro may fit

Check compatibility for the games you care about
“Supports SNES” is not the same as “every SNES game works.” Emulator choice, core, firmware, and individual game behavior can affect results; special enhancement chips may also be relevant. The sources here do not provide a verified title-by-title compatibility list for either current device.

A community-maintained Retroid emulator reference lists Snes9x 2002 and Snes9x 2010 support for the older Retroid Pocket 2, with different performance grades. That information concerns a different, older model; it should not be used as proof of performance on the Pocket 4 or RG 34XXSP. Plan for setup, storage, and game files
The RG 34XXSP listing identifies Linux and dual TF/MicroSD card slots. The Retroid listing identifies Android and a TF card slot, in addition to internal storage. The operating systems create different setup experiences, so check current device-specific setup instructions before purchasing if you want a ready-to-play experience. Do not assume a card, preconfigured library, or game files are included: confirm the exact bundle contents with the seller.
