To check, cancel, or reschedule an e-registration appointment, start with the official registration portal for the state or jurisdiction where you booked it. The steps depend on that agency: the available official listing for Madhya Pradesh confirms online appointment booking through Sampada, but does not explain how to retrieve or change an existing appointment.
Start with the portal where you made the booking
E-registration systems are jurisdiction-specific. Identify the government agency and portal used for your original appointment rather than relying on a generic search result or another state’s service.
