Check the target region’s forecast on the world map and wait for the condition you need, or visit another player’s world while it is active. The Branch’s Change Weather control is reported to offer Prismana Flow, while ordinary-weather choices remain locked.

Open its weather or sun tab to see current and upcoming conditions. Weather is reported to follow region-specific schedules, so check the region where you plan to look for an Aniimo rather than assuming another area has the same forecast. What the Branch’s Change Weather control does
Recent guides describe the Branch menu as having a Change Weather control associated with Ecosystem Intervention. They report that its available effect is Prismana Flow, which attracts rare Prismana Aniimo, rather than a way to select ordinary rain, snow, or thunderstorms. The guides say ordinary-weather icons appear locked in the interface. Aniimo Games Wiki also describes the ordinary-weather options as unavailable.
Guides do not consistently describe the progress required to unlock the Branch feature. AniimoVerse reports a Silver Badge requirement, while Aniimo Games Wiki records differing unlock accounts. Treat any badge or area-progress threshold as guide-reported, not a universal confirmed requirement; check the current in-game menu for your area and client version.
How to get an ordinary weather-specific spawn

Use the target region’s forecast and wait until the needed weather is scheduled there.

If another player’s world has the condition active, join that world and look for the weather-dependent encounter there. Daily Aniimo and Aniimo Games Wiki describe these as workarounds for ordinary weather-gated spawns.

Changing the time of day is separate from changing the weather. A day-and-night control does not itself force rain, snow, or a thunderstorm. Likewise, the reported Prismana Flow effect is not a substitute for those ordinary conditions.

Aniimo’s weather system is live and may change with updates. The current public guides cited here are third-party accounts, and a search of official Aniimo domains did not locate a public source confirming the present menu or its unlock rules. That absence does not prove no official information exists. If your installed client shows different options, rely on the in-game interface for your build rather than assuming an online unlock threshold applies.
Beskor’s Aniimo guide directory describes the in-game help entry as using the Branch’s change-weather function to attract and spawn Prismana Form Aniimo; this is consistent with guides that distinguish Prismana Flow from ordinary weather selection.
