Casio’s published F-B100W feature information does not list phone-notification mirroring for calls, texts or app alerts. It does document the watch’s own alerts, step-tracking features and settings through the CASIO WATCHES app. So if you are looking for a switch to silence phone notifications on the watch, Casio does not document one for this model.
How do I turn off notifications on my Casio F-B100W?

How do I change the step goal on the Casio F-B100W?
Casio documents a daily step-goal range of 1,000 to 50,000 steps, adjustable in 1,000-step increments. The watch also shows goal progress.
