Use Firefox’s built-in Take Screenshot tool: open it with Command+Shift+S (or right-click an empty area of the page and choose Take Screenshot), then select Save full page. Choose Download to save an image or Copy to put it on the clipboard. Mozilla Support’s Firefox screenshot guide documents this workflow.
Capture the full webpage in Firefox
- Open the page you want to capture in Firefox.
- Right-click an empty part of the page and choose Take Screenshot. You can also press Command+Shift+S.
- In the screenshot interface, choose Save full page to capture beyond the visible area. Choose Save visible if you only need the portion currently on screen.
- Choose Download to save the screenshot in Firefox’s default download folder, or Copy to paste it into another application. The additional Mac shortcuts are Command+S to save and Command+C to copy.
Choose the right capture and output

Why the Mac screenshot shortcuts are different
macOS also has screen-capture shortcuts: Command+Shift+3 captures the screen, Command+Shift+4 lets you select a region, and Command+Shift+4 followed by the Space bar captures a window.
