Choose the delivery option first, wait until the product page visibly shows it, then take a screenshot that includes both the product identity and the delivery detail. If they will not fit legibly on one screen, use a supported full-page or scrolling capture—or take two overlapping screenshots.
Prepare the product page before capturing
- Open the product page in the browser or app where its delivery options are available.
- Set the destination or delivery option you want to document. Retailers use different controls, and the selection flow can vary by retailer, region, account, and page.
- Wait for the page to update. Check the page itself for the selected option or delivery wording; do not assume a choice has taken effect just because you tapped it.
- Arrange the page so the product title and delivery detail are both visible and readable. If they cannot fit together, plan to capture two overlapping images.
A screenshot records the displayed state at the time you capture it. It does not establish that the option will stay selected later.

Take a screenshot on your device
Android
Open the product page and press Power and Volume Down. To capture content below the screen, take the normal screenshot and tap “Capture more” if the option appears. Adjust the crop guides to include the product and delivery details you need. Google says scrolling capture works on Android 12 and up, on most screens that allow scrolling; availability can vary by device and screen. Google’s Android screenshot instructions explain the steps.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:

On an iPhone with Face ID, press the Side button and Volume Up. On iPhone models with a Home button, press the Side button and Home button. For a long webpage in Safari, take a screenshot, tap “Full Page,” inspect or crop the capture, then save it to Photos or as a PDF in Files. Apple’s instructions cover supported full-page captures: take a screenshot on iPhone.

Amazon Silk on Fire tablets
In Silk, you can scroll the webpage and request its mobile or desktop layout. Choose the layout that makes the delivery wording easiest to read. Amazon’s cited Silk help page does not specify a screenshot shortcut, so use the controls documented for your Fire tablet and software version. Amazon Silk help covers scrolling and requesting a site layout.
Computer browsers
Use the screenshot or screen-capture command available in your operating system or browser. The correct shortcut depends on the computer and software; verify the saved image rather than assuming the capture included the whole page. A one-time screenshot does not require a screenshot API.

Check the capture before sharing
- Confirm the product title or other identifying information is visible.
- Confirm the selected delivery detail is readable, not merely present at the edge of the image.
- For a long capture, check that it includes the relevant section without making the text too small to inspect.
- Look for private details such as account information, addresses, open tabs, or notifications. Crop or redact unrelated information before sharing.
If a full-page or scrolling capture is unavailable, take separate images with an overlapping detail—such as the product title or a nearby page heading—so the relationship between the product and delivery choice is easier to understand.

For automated website captures, ScreenshotNeo provides a one-request screenshot API. Its clean-shot steps accept consent banners and remove more than 60 known consent platforms, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture; those steps can be turned off. Bot checks and CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed, and response headers identify the page verdict and billing status. An MCP server provides screenshot tools for AI agents and MCP clients.
