BlueStacks can take AFK Arena’s auto-battle a step further by replaying clicks that enter a stage, start a fight, and dismiss the results screen. That can automate repeated stage transitions, but it is not the same as automating combat strategy: BlueStacks’ guide describes recorded input around the game’s automatic battles, not a system that makes every gameplay decision. Its steps have not been verified against current releases.
What BlueStacks can automate—and what it cannot
AFK Arena has its own auto-battle and offline reward features. Its Google Play listing describes it as: “Auto-battle your way to victory and earn rewards even while offline.” BlueStacks adds a separate layer: keyboard mappings for input and macros that replay recorded clicks. In the macro example, the game handles combat while the macro advances through the surrounding screens.

That distinction matters. A recorded sequence can repeat predictable actions, but the BlueStacks guide does not show it evaluating a fight, choosing a formation, or adjusting tactics when a battle goes differently. Treat it as click replay for stage transitions, not a general-purpose gameplay bot.
Install AFK Arena in BlueStacks
BlueStacks’ published setup sequence is straightforward. The labels and screens may differ in current versions, so use this as the guide’s sequence rather than a recently verified walkthrough.

- Download and install BlueStacks on your Windows PC.
- Open BlueStacks and sign in with a Google account to access the Play Store. The guide says you can defer sign-in, but you will need it to install the game from Google Play.
- Search the Play Store for AFK Arena and install the game from the results.
- Complete any remaining sign-in prompt, then open AFK Arena from the BlueStacks home screen.
BlueStacks’ guide discusses AFK Arena; it does not establish that its installation steps apply unchanged to every current listing or game edition.
Choose between hands-off progression and manual ultimate timing
BlueStacks says AFK Arena has a predefined keyboard control scheme and that players can add shortcuts for other features. Its guide also describes a more hands-on option for difficult fights: turn off the game’s auto-battle and assign hero ultimate abilities to keyboard keys so you can choose when to use them. These are BlueStacks’ feature descriptions, not independently tested results.

A keyboard and mouse are useful for the described controls, but the guide does not say gaming-grade peripherals are required or improve performance. If you already have a basic keyboard and mouse, there is no cited reason to buy new ones for this setup.
Record a macro for repeated stage transitions
BlueStacks’ example records a sequence of clicks around a fight. The exact controls for recording or replaying macros can vary by BlueStacks version, and the guide’s sequence has not been checked against current releases.

- From the game map, start a macro recording using BlueStacks’ macro controls.
- Click into the stage and begin the battle.
- Allow the game’s auto-battle to run until the fight ends.
- Close the results screen and continue through the stage-advance screens you want included.
- Stop and save the recording, then replay it or bind the recorded combo to a key if your BlueStacks version offers that option.
Before leaving a macro unattended, check that its clicks still land on the intended controls and that the sequence behaves as expected. A changed screen layout, timing variation, or unexpected battle result can send replayed clicks to the wrong place. The guide presents macros as a way to automate stage advancement; it does not demonstrate reliable handling of every result or game state.
BlueStacks and Google Play Games on PC are different paths
Google Play’s PC listing, accessed October 7, 2026 and shown as updated September 21, 2026, identifies the Windows game as AFK Arena: Companions. It says returning players can link a Classic Server account and transfer heroes. That listing does not prove that all accounts or progress sync between BlueStacks and Google Play Games on PC, nor that a BlueStacks installation shares the same transfer behavior.

The BlueStacks figures come from BlueStacks Support’s requirements article, dated August 9, 2024. They are BlueStacks-published requirements, not an independent compatibility test for a particular AFK Arena release. Google Play Games on PC requirements apply to that separate platform and should not be used as BlueStacks requirements.

Check the game and account before switching platforms
If you are choosing between BlueStacks and Google Play Games on PC, first confirm which AFK Arena listing you intend to play, which server your account uses, and what account-linking route is supported. The Google Play listing’s Classic Server transfer statement is specific; it is not a promise that every account, installation, or item of progress transfers between platforms.
Google Play displayed more than 10 million downloads for its listing when accessed October 7, 2026. That is the store’s displayed figure, not an independently audited count.
