To set up Netflix with T-Mobile, open T-Life, go to Manage > See plans > Manage add-ons, select the Netflix benefit, and follow the prompts to link an existing Netflix account or create a new one. You must activate and link the benefit; an eligible plan alone does not do this automatically.
Activate Netflix in T-Life

Open or install the T-Life app and sign in to your T-Mobile account.

Follow the prompts to sign in to your existing Netflix account or create a new account, then link it to T-Mobile.

Review the Netflix tier and any additional charge for an upgrade before confirming. T-Mobile’s Netflix on Us terms identify Standard with ads as the included tier on eligible plans; a higher tier may cost extra through your T-Mobile bill.
Use the T-Mobile website instead
Sign in to your T-Mobile account and look under Account > Manage add-ons > Manage data and add-ons > Services. T-Mobile also describes activation through Manage add-ons. Labels can vary by account or interface version, so look for the Netflix benefit if the path differs.

Check whether your plan qualifies
Netflix on Us is not available with every T-Mobile plan or every single-line account. T-Mobile lists qualifying plans and line requirements that include certain Experience More, Experience Beyond, Go5G Next, Go5G Plus, Magenta, and Magenta MAX configurations. The benefit page’s eligibility wording varies across its terms and FAQ, and offers can change. Check whether Netflix appears in your account or confirm with T-Mobile before changing plans.
T-Mobile Support also gives examples of plans that may not qualify, including some tax-excluded and no-credit-check plans, prepaid service, Mobile Internet plans such as DIGITS, LineLink, and wearable plans, and some single-line plans. These examples are not a complete eligibility test; your account’s current offer is the relevant check. See T-Mobile’s Netflix support page for its support guidance.
What happens if you already pay Netflix directly?
You can link an existing Netflix account rather than create another one. T-Mobile says billing may take one or two Netflix billing cycles to transfer to T-Mobile, so Netflix may continue charging your existing payment method during that transition. Check both your Netflix and T-Mobile bills until the change is reflected.

What happens if you change or cancel T-Mobile service?
The Netflix benefit depends on keeping a qualifying T-Mobile line in good standing. If that line ends, Netflix may resume charging the payment method already on the Netflix account. Ending T-Mobile service does not itself cancel Netflix, so manage or cancel the Netflix membership separately if you no longer want it.

Fix common setup problems
The Netflix benefit is missing

Check that the signed-in T-Mobile account has the right permissions to add a service.

Verify that your specific plan and line configuration qualify; do not assume eligibility from a plan family name alone.

If the offer still does not appear, contact T-Mobile to check your account’s eligibility.
You cannot link an existing account or sign in
For Netflix account access, password, or sign-in problems, use the Netflix Help Center. T-Mobile directs account-management and sign-in issues to Netflix.

Allow the one-to-two-billing-cycle transfer window T-Mobile describes. Confirm that the benefit is active and review both bills; contact T-Mobile if the benefit is not active or the billing change remains unresolved after that window.

The benefit disappeared after a plan change
Recheck the new plan’s eligibility and contact T-Mobile if Netflix is no longer listed. The offer is conditional on maintaining a qualifying line, and its terms can change.
The Netflix app crashes or will not load
For an app failure, follow T-Mobile’s device and app troubleshooting guidance. T-Mobile refers other Netflix app questions, including downloads and parental controls, to Netflix.
