Does Crown Control save to Steam Cloud?

How to submit a refund request
- Sign in to Steam Help and open Steam Help.
- Choose Purchases, select the Crown Control purchase, and choose the issue that best describes your request.
- Submit the refund request and follow the prompts. Eligibility is assessed using the purchase date and recorded playtime, including shared-library playtime.
How long an approved refund can take
Steam says an approved refund can take up to 7 days to appear. If the refund is issued as Steam Wallet credit, Steam says it may take 24–48 hours to appear. These are general processing estimates; check Steam’s current support pages for the latest details.

Does refunding remove Crown Control achievements?
