ElevenAgents’ listed monthly plans pair a subscription price with an allowance of call minutes and a concurrent-call limit. Listed prices exclude taxes, levies, and duties. Enterprise pricing and allowances are custom.

These are the monthly figures listed by ElevenLabs pricing. The company described a pricing reduction of “up to 20%” in its May 7, 2026 announcement, last updated August 31, 2026; that is the company’s description of its change, not a guarantee of a particular customer’s savings. What can make the bill higher than the plan fee?
Additional call minutes and concurrency bursts
For the self-serve tiers shown, additional call minutes are listed at $0.08 per minute after the included allowance. If usage exceeds a plan’s concurrent-call limit, burst minutes are listed at $0.16 per minute during the periods burst pricing applies. The concurrency limit is the number of calls the plan supports at once; it is distinct from the monthly minute allowance.

Text messages
Text messages are listed at $0.003 each. Multimodal calls can therefore add message charges as well as voice-call charges.
LLM usage and telephony
LLM charges are passed through separately and vary with the selected model and usage. ElevenLabs’ help documentation says, “There is no cost to create your agent,” but that does not mean running it is free; the same documentation says, “LLM costs are passed through separately.” Telephony-provider charges are also additional and usage-based; ElevenLabs describes provider charges as at cost and names Twilio among its integration examples. Taxes and other local charges
The published plan prices exclude taxes, levies, and duties. The amount charged can therefore depend on the customer’s applicable location and tax treatment.
How ElevenLabs measures call time
For voice-only calls, ElevenLabs measures duration from when the call connects until it ends or the call window closes. Silence lasting longer than ten seconds receives a 95% discount, meaning those periods are charged at 5% of the usual per-minute rate. As a result, the billable duration may differ from the time a person perceives as active conversation. Multimodal calls can also incur per-message charges and separately passed-through LLM costs. Estimate your monthly ElevenLabs voice assistant cost
Start with a realistic workload: expected billable call minutes, peak simultaneous calls, and any text messages. Then account separately for model and telephony usage rather than treating the subscription as an all-in price.
- Choose a plan: Compare your expected monthly billable minutes and peak concurrent calls with the plan’s allowance and limit.
- Estimate call overage: Multiply minutes above the included allowance by $0.08, using the listed self-serve rate.
- Model burst usage separately: Estimate the minutes likely to exceed the concurrency limit and apply the listed $0.16-per-minute burst rate where it applies.
- Count messages: Multiply expected text messages by $0.003 each.
- Add LLM and telephony: Include usage-based charges for the chosen model and phone provider, plus applicable taxes.
A planning formula is: monthly total ≈ plan fee + (additional call minutes × $0.08) + (burst minutes × $0.16) + (messages × $0.003) + LLM usage + telephony + taxes. This is an estimate structure, not a universal quote: confirm how the account applies allowances and overages, and use actual dashboard usage when available.

How to keep operating costs in check
LLM expense depends on factors including input and output tokens, model choice, and knowledge or context supplied to the agent. ElevenLabs recommends choosing a model sized for the task and monitoring usage. In an agent’s Primary LLM selector, its Detailed costs estimate reflects the agent’s past behavior and knowledge-base use; treat it as a workload-specific estimate, not a fixed price.
