Modal V04 is a coupon-code popup featured in Colorlib’s 2026 collection of free modal templates. Its described split layout pairs an image with sale information, then places the image above the coupon opt-in on mobile. The template is front-end code, not a complete coupon-delivery system: the form needs a backend or form service before it can collect leads or deliver offers in production.
What is Modal V04?
Colorlib identifies Modal V04 as a promotional modal for showing a deal and inviting visitors to enter a coupon code, for example one they received by email. The exact title “Modal V04 – Free Coupon Modal Window Template 2026” does not appear to have a separate, confirmed landing page in the available sources; the supported reference is its entry in Colorlib’s 2026 modal-template roundup.

How the layout works
The described design divides the popup between an image and sale information. At mobile widths, the image comes first, followed by the coupon opt-in. That is a description of the template’s intended presentation; it does not establish how the modal is triggered, what happens after submission, or whether coupon codes are validated.
What the free download and compatibility claims mean
Colorlib describes its modal collection as free to download and says the 20 modals in the roundup were rebuilt with HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript, without requiring Bootstrap’s JavaScript or jQuery. The collection guidance says the templates can be used on their own or within Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6 projects. These are collection-level claims, not an independently verified audit of Modal V04’s particular package.
#1 Best Overall
- Large area for complete description of work proposed
- Includes space for customer to sign his/her acceptance of proposal.
- 1-part form includes carbons to create 2 part forms if necessary.
- Space at top for company stamp.
Colorlib’s general FAQ says the downloads include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and self-hosted fonts, with no CDN calls, and that the styles can be customized. Check the actual download before relying on those details for a specific project: the available listing does not independently confirm Modal V04’s package contents or current license.
What you need to make the coupon form work
The visual template alone does not demonstrate that an email address or coupon submission is saved, that an offer is sent, or that a code is checked or redeemed. Colorlib says modal forms need to be connected to the website’s backend or a form service before going live. Plan and configure that integration separately, including the handling of submitted data and the action visitors should see after submitting.

Choosing between editable code and a managed popup
Modal V04 is a reasonable starting point if you want to adapt front-end code. If you prefer a hosted builder or need a different CMS workflow, the alternatives below address different needs; they are not versions of the Colorlib template.
