Hostinger Reach can turn a plain-language description into a proposed email automation plan, then build that plan as a draft workflow for you to review. To use it, open Automations, choose New automation, describe the outcome, review or revise the plan, and select Create automation. The workflow is not live yet: complete any missing details in the editor and activate it when it is ready.
Generate an automation plan from a description
- Sign in to Hostinger Reach and open Automations.
- Select New automation.
- In Describe your automation, explain the result you want in plain language. Be specific about what should start the workflow and what should happen afterward—for example, a welcome email after a contact joins a particular audience, followed by a reminder after a delay.
- Review the plan Reach generates. It shows the goal, when the workflow starts, and the automation flow, including email steps and delays.
- If the plan needs adjustment, select Make changes, describe the change, and select Apply changes. Review and revise as needed before building the workflow.
- When the plan is right, select Create automation. Reach opens the workflow editor with the steps placed on the canvas as a draft.
Hostinger says credits are deducted when you confirm the plan by creating the automation, not while you describe or review it. The automation instructions do not specify a credit amount, so check the current in-product information for your account before confirming. Hostinger Help Center

Choose between describing a workflow and using a template
The New automation screen also offers predefined templates. Hostinger groups them into categories including First steps, Ecommerce, Follow-up, and Re-engagement.

Complete the draft in the workflow editor
Creating the automation plan does not activate it. In the editor, inspect the canvas and complete any step marked Details missing. For a Send email step, you can generate an email template by describing the message you want, or select an existing template.
Reach’s editor also supports delay steps and condition branches. A condition can split the flow into Yes and No paths, allowing different email or delay steps depending on whether the condition is met. Hostinger describes use cases such as following up with non-openers or non-clickers, re-engaging inactive contacts, sending anniversary rewards, and requesting feedback. Hostinger Help Center

Use the right kind of delay
For an ongoing sequence, a relative delay—such as waiting a chosen interval after a contact enters the workflow—can work for new enrollments over time. A fixed date or time behaves differently: Hostinger says subscribers who enroll after the target date has passed skip that step. Choose the timing that matches whether the campaign is recurring or tied to a calendar date. Hostinger Help Center

Reach forms and external forms
The Contact submits Reach form trigger applies to forms created directly in Reach. For forms built with AI Builder or WordPress, Hostinger directs users to use the segment or tag created for those submissions instead. Hostinger Help Center

Store-based automations
Reach’s eCommerce integration can monitor events such as abandoned carts and purchases, and Reach AI can use store product information when generating campaigns or forms. The exact automation options may depend on your plan and connected store; connect the store and confirm which events and triggers are available in your account before designing the workflow. You can create automation and campaign drafts before connecting a sending domain. However, Hostinger requires a verified domain before you can activate automations or send campaigns. Reach currently supports one connected domain at a time. If you do not have a verified domain yet, you can still draft the flow, but you will need to complete domain setup before it can send.
