To track a Hostinger Ecommerce store’s performance, open its Store Manager and select Analytics. The page has two reports: Sales for revenue and orders, and Traffic for visits and visitors. Use the date filters and breakdowns to inspect a consistent period, while remembering that traffic data updates later than sales data and does not cover every connected channel.
How to open the Ecommerce Analytics page
- Sign in to your Hostinger dashboard and open Ecommerce.
- Find the relevant Ecommerce plan and select Manage to enter its Store Manager.
- In the Store Manager sidebar, select Analytics.
- Choose the Sales or Traffic tab.
These steps apply to the Ecommerce Store Manager. Hostinger also has a separate hosting-dashboard Analytics feature for hosting statistics such as requests, unique IP addresses, and bandwidth; it is not the store’s sales-and-traffic report. See Hostinger’s Store Manager navigation guide and hosting-dashboard Analytics guide.

What the Sales tab shows
The Sales tab combines headline results with breakdowns. The summary metrics are total sales, number of orders, and average order value. Each can show a percentage change against the previous period, and a line chart displays the selected period by day.
- Sales by channel: the share of sales attributed to each connected channel.
- Top products: best sellers ranked by sales or items sold.
- Discounts used: discount codes, how often each was used, and its share of sales.
Read the summary first, then use the breakdowns to see which reported channels, products, and discounts contributed to the result. These reports describe what the selected data shows; they do not establish why a metric changed.

What the Traffic tab shows
Select Traffic beside Sales to see visits and unique visitors for the selected period. Like the Sales tab, it includes comparison badges and a daily line chart. Its supporting breakdowns are:
- Visits by channel: traffic from connected channels that provide traffic data.
- Visits by country: an interactive map or a list.
- Visits by device: shares from desktop, mobile, tablet, and other devices.
A visit and a unique visitor are different measures: visits count visits, while unique visitors count distinct visitors in the report. Use the country and device breakdowns to narrow where reported traffic came from and what device types it used.

How to choose a period and compare results
The filter bar applies across both tabs. Choose a preset period, such as today, yesterday, a recent number of days, a week, month, quarter, or year, or specify a custom range of up to 365 days. Turn on Compare to compare the selected period with the previous period of equal length. The chart overlays the comparison, and summary metrics show percentage-change badges.

For a meaningful comparison, use equivalent periods and check the active filters before interpreting totals. You can filter by one or more sales channels, countries, or device types; each filter supports Is and Is not conditions. A filtered total represents only the data matching those conditions, so changing a filter changes what you are comparing.

Why Sales and Traffic totals may not match
Traffic data refreshes once a day, so visits for today appear the following day. A same-day comparison may therefore show sales data alongside incomplete current-day traffic.
Hostinger also says TikTok Shop, Meta, and custom channels do not share traffic data with the Traffic tab. The Sales tab includes sales for all connected channels. As a result, a channel’s sales can appear without corresponding channel traffic in this report; missing traffic data is not proof that the channel generated no visits. These coverage and timing details are described in Hostinger’s Ecommerce Analytics guide.

A practical review sequence
- Select a date range that matches the business question, then decide whether to compare it with the previous equal-length period.
- Review total sales, orders, and average order value; use Sales by channel, Top products, and Discounts used to inspect the reported breakdowns.
- Open Traffic and review visits and unique visitors, then inspect channel, country, or device detail as needed.
- Check the filters and remember the daily refresh and channel-coverage differences before drawing conclusions across the two tabs.
