Manage Hostinger AI Builder orders from the store’s Orders section: open an order to check payment and fulfillment, add tracking, create an invoice or receipt, or take the appropriate cancellation or refund steps. An active Hostinger Ecommerce subscription is required to access store management.
Where to find your orders
First open the store management area. Hostinger’s navigation differs by editor mode:
| # | Preview | Product | Price | |

- Agentic mode: Go to Websites, choose Edit website, then select Ecommerce in the top navigation.
In the store manager, open Orders. The list shows each order’s number, date, customer email, total paid, payment status, and fulfillment status. Hostinger documents the subscription prerequisite and these navigation paths in its store access guide and order-management guide.

How to read order statuses and filters
Payment status and fulfillment status answer different questions: whether the order has been paid, and whether its items or service have been completed. Use the fulfillment filters to narrow the list:
#1 Best Overall
- All: Shows all orders.
- Unfulfilled: Orders not yet fulfilled. For appointments and services, Hostinger labels this Not completed.
- Partially fulfilled: An order with multiple items where at least one item has been marked fulfilled.
- Fulfilled: Fulfilled orders. For appointments and services, the label is Completed.
- Canceled: Canceled orders.
Digital-file and donation orders are marked fulfilled automatically once paid. These labels and behaviors are documented in Hostinger’s order-management guide.
What you can do from an order’s details
Select an order to review its payment and customer details. The details page supports these actions, as applicable:
- Mark fulfillment as fulfilled or cancel fulfillment.
- Add or update tracking information.
- Mark a manual or offline payment as paid.
- Create an invoice or download a receipt.
- Cancel the order.
You can also add a merchant note for internal use. Notes are not included in customer emails or receipts, so they can record matters such as a refund reason, an address-change reminder, or fulfillment instructions. See Hostinger’s order-management guide for the documented order-page actions.
How to add tracking and email the customer
Enter both a tracking number and a tracking-page URL when marking the order fulfilled, or open the order and choose Add tracking. To email the customer about the shipment, make sure Send shipping information email is checked. Hostinger says tracking details can be updated more than once and customers will be notified of changes when the shipping-information email is sent. The steps and option are described in its order-management guide.
When order emails are sent
Hostinger documents different confirmation triggers depending on the order type and payment method:
- Online payment: The confirmation is sent when the order reaches Paid.
- Manual or offline payment: The confirmation is sent when the order is created.
- Appointments and digital products: The confirmation is sent only after the order is marked Paid.
- Shipping updates: These depend on checking Send shipping information email when adding or updating tracking.
New-order alerts go to the address under Settings → Store settings → Contact and address. To preview customer emails, go to Emails → Email previews. These paths and timing rules come from Hostinger’s order-management guide.

Choose the action based on both payment and fulfillment status. Hostinger’s documented cancellation workflow is for orders that are unpaid and unfulfilled; a paid order should go through a refund workflow instead.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?

| Order situation | Appropriate action | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Unpaid and unfulfilled | Cancel the order | Cancellation cancels fulfillment and archives the order. If inventory tracking is enabled, the products are restocked automatically. Cancellation cannot be undone. |
| Paid online | Refund through the payment processor | Use the relevant provider’s merchant account; the order page does not itself handle every online refund. |
| Paid manually or offline | Agree with the customer how the money will be returned | After arranging the return, cancel fulfillment and add an internal note recording the refund reason. |
A canceled order cannot have a new invoice created. An invoice made before cancellation can still be viewed, downloaded, printed, or sent. For online refunds, Hostinger links separate instructions for processor refunds, including PayPal and Stripe; its cancellation rules are in the cancellation guide.
When a payment session prevents manual cancellation
Hostinger says that starting a checkout payment session reserves the product. If payment is not completed, the reservation usually lasts 24 hours for most payment methods or up to 5 days for Stripe, where Buy Now, Pay Later options can extend the hold. You cannot manually cancel the order while this reservation is active; stock becomes available again when it expires. These are Hostinger’s documented windows and may change, so consult its current order guidance if timing matters.
Invoices versus receipts
You can create an invoice from an order, then download, print, or send it. Hostinger explicitly says the generated invoice is not a tax invoice, so do not assume it meets local tax-document requirements. If the customer needs proof of payment, send a receipt instead. See Hostinger’s invoice and receipt guidance.
