To create a shipping label for a Hostinger AI Builder order in manual mode, connect Shippo to your store, open the order in Store Manager, and choose Create Shipping Label. Check the recipient address, enter the packed parcel’s dimensions and weight, select a live carrier rate, then buy and print the label.
Connect Shippo to your Hostinger store
- In Hostinger AI Builder, open the more-options (ellipsis) menu and select Integrations.
- Choose Get started beside the Shippo app. Continue through Get started, select Add Shippo, and confirm the installation.
- Sign in to an existing Shippo account or create one, then connect it to the store. Hostinger says setup returns you to Store Manager. Follow the current interface if its labels have changed. Hostinger’s manual-mode guide documents this integration workflow.
Open the order’s shipping-label flow
- In Store Manager, open Orders and select the order that is ready to ship.
- In the order details, find the Shipping section and click Create Shipping Label. The label interface opens within the store.
Verify the address and parcel details
The order’s shipping address is prefilled. Check it carefully before purchasing the label, and correct the order information if it is wrong. Enter the dimensions and weight of the parcel as packed—not just the product’s measurements. Shippo’s label-creation guide also advises using the packed box’s actual size and weight; a kitchen or postal scale can be used to weigh it.

Compare rates and buy the label
Shippo displays carrier services and rates for the shipment. Compare the live price and delivery-speed estimate for this order, then choose the service that fits your budget and timing needs. Carrier availability, rates, and delivery estimates depend on the account, route, and package, so check the options shown for the specific shipment rather than relying on a fixed price or promised delivery date.

Select a rate and click Buy Label. Hostinger says the label cost is charged to your Shippo account. For a separate Shippo label-purchase workflow, see Shippo’s guide to creating and purchasing a one-off label.

Download, print, and attach the label
- Click Download Label to save the label PDF.
- Print it and attach it securely to the parcel so it can be scanned and read.
A standard inkjet or laser printer and plain paper can work, according to Shippo’s guide. A 4×6 thermal label printer is an optional convenience for frequent shipping, not a requirement.

Hostinger documents that creating the label automatically changes the order status to Fulfilled and emails the tracking number to the customer. If the order does not show that status or the customer has not received tracking, check the order details and the label’s state in the current Shippo account interface; the documented behavior describes the normal workflow, not every possible exception.
