To add a Facebook share button in Hostinger AI Builder’s manual mode, generate an IFrame snippet in Facebook’s Share Button Configurator, place it in an embed code element on the page, then update your website. Check the button in preview or on the published page; it may not render as expected inside the editor.
Generate the Facebook share button code
- Open Facebook’s Share Button Configurator.
- Enter the exact page URL visitors should be able to share. The button will use the URL entered here, so choose the intended page rather than assuming it will automatically share the page where the button is placed.
- Choose the button layout and size, then select Get Code.
- In the generated-code dialog, select the IFrame tab and copy the snippet. Hostinger’s Facebook-specific instructions use this IFrame code for the manual-mode workflow. Hostinger’s Facebook share button guide
Add the code to your Hostinger page
- Open the relevant site in Hostinger AI Builder and go to the page where the button should appear.
- Choose Add elements, then drag an embed code element to the desired position on the page.
- Select the element, paste the IFrame snippet, and choose Embed code to apply it. Hostinger’s broader manual-mode embed instructions also describe this page-element approach.
- Resize the embed element if the button needs more room, then select Update your website to publish the change.
Check the button and troubleshoot display issues
Look at the page in preview or visit the published site after updating. Hostinger notes that custom-code changes may not appear as intended within the editor; preview and the live site are the relevant places to verify the result. If the button is still missing, first confirm the code was pasted into the embed element and the site was updated. Then clear your browser cache and check again. Hostinger’s embed guidance

If the snippet includes a URL, Hostinger advises using HTTPS and removing spaces from the URL. For general custom-code placement, Hostinger distinguishes an integration field from an embed element: its Facebook button guide specifically calls for the page’s embed-code element, while the broader manual-mode integrations guidance says placement depends on the integration developer’s instructions. The separate More → Integrations → Custom code field is not the route specified for this button.
