H2 Pro: more ways to fine-tune the fit
Hinomi lists 19 adjustment points for the H2 Pro, including independent 3D lumbar support, Bi-Pivot armrests, and a tiltable seat and backrest. The lumbar support adjusts in height, depth, and tilt. Hinomi describes the seat and back as breathable hybrid mesh made with chenille, TPEE, and polyester, and the frame and base as aluminum alloy. Those details make the Pro the more customizable option on paper, but adjustment count alone does not establish personal comfort.

The Pro’s frame folds flat, a practical feature if you need to clear floor space or store the chair. Hinomi also lists an optional footrest for the model. Neither feature is a reason to choose the Pro unless it suits your room or working habits.
#1 Best Overall
- CUSTOMISABLE SEAT DEPTH, HEIGHT & TILT: This ergonomic desk chair seat adjusts 3.2" depth, 3.2" height and 2.5° forward tilt to ensure proper pelvic positioning and desk alignment for any user.
H2 Classic: cushioning with substantial adjustment
TechRadar’s comparison describes the H2 Classic with headrest as having a molded-foam and latex cushioned seat, a contoured backrest with four height settings, a 3D-adjustable headrest, 4D armrests, and synchronized recline from 100 to 140 degrees with five limit settings. So the Classic is not a fixed or adjustment-free alternative; its distinction is the cushioned seat and a lower listed deal price.
These Classic details are reported in the comparison article. The same article says TechRadar had not yet reviewed the Classic, so its reviewer’s preference for the Pro is not a hands-on, two-chair comfort comparison.

Which chair should you buy?
Buy the H2 Pro if you will use its adjustability
- You want to tune lumbar support independently by height, depth, and tilt.
- You expect to adjust the seat, backrest, and arm position to suit your desk and working posture.
- A folding frame would help in a multipurpose room or when clearing space.
TechRadar reviewer Collin Probst’s hands-on Pro review offers useful context, but it is one person’s experience: he described the mesh as firm and the lumbar support as prominent, and found folding the chair useful beneath his standing desk. He also cautioned that the pronounced lumbar support may not suit people who want less support and that the chair may not work with a smaller desk. Treat those as individual observations, not universal fit or comfort results.
Buy the H2 Classic if cushioning matters more
- You prefer a cushioned seat over the Pro’s mesh construction.
- You want adjustable back support, arms, headrest, and recline without paying for the Pro’s particular adjustment system.
- At the dated prices, saving $130 matters more than having the Pro’s documented extras.
Neither seat material is inherently more comfortable for every person. If possible, try the chair and check the return terms before committing.

- CUSTOMISABLE SEAT DEPTH, HEIGHT & TILT: This ergonomic desk chair seat adjusts 3.2" depth, 3.2" height and 2.5° forward tilt to ensure proper pelvic positioning and desk alignment for any user.
Check fit and space before ordering
Hinomi recommends the H2 Pro for users 155–200 cm tall (about 5 ft 1 in–6 ft 6 in) and specifies a 330 lb (150 kg) weight capacity. These are manufacturer guidance and a product rating, not a guarantee of fit. The reviewed sources do not establish comparable Classic fit or capacity figures, so check the Classic’s own current specifications if those limits matter to you.
Also compare the chair’s dimensions with your desk and available floor space. Probst’s smaller-desk caution is particularly relevant if you intend to tuck the chair away or use its folding frame. Hinomi states that the Pro has an “up to 10 years” warranty; consult the warranty policy for the conditions and coverage rather than assuming every component is covered for that full period.
Rank #4
- Retractable and Extendable Footrest – The H2Pro footrest smoothly slides in and out from the chair’s base, allowing easy extension and retraction for flexible storage and use.
- Adaptable to Different Sitting Postures – Whether sitting cross-legged or crouched, the footrest can be fully extended to comfortably support your feet, promoting better posture by supporting a natural sitting position.
- Full Leg Extension for Relaxation – When fully extended, the footrest allows you to stretch your legs completely, providing improved relaxation and a natural support position for prolonged comfort.
- Ergonomic Support for Feet and Legs – Designed to relieve pressure from prolonged sitting, the footrest promotes blood circulation and reduces leg tension, supporting a healthy and comfortable sitting experience.
- Sleek, Space-Saving Design – The footrest retracts neatly under the chair for easy storage, keeping your space clean and organized while offering robust support when extended.
How strong is the comfort comparison?
The evidence supports a feature-based decision, not a proven comfort winner. TechRadar’s October 2, 2026 comparison recommends the Pro for maximum adjustability and the Classic for buyers who prefer cushioning or do not need extensive tuning, while explicitly noting that it had not reviewed the Classic. A separate hands-on TechRadar review covers the Pro only. There is no cited controlled comparison showing that one model is more comfortable, improves back pain, or suits every body.
