If Hexowatch alerts are not arriving by email, first check the recipient address and Email integration in Settings, then confirm Email is selected on the specific monitor. Hexowatch lets you choose notification channels per monitored URL, so an account-level setup alone may not be enough. If those settings look right, compare another connected channel and ask Hexowatch support to verify email delivery.
Why am I not getting Hexowatch email alerts?
There are three separate points to check: the email address and Email integration on your account, the notification channels selected for the affected monitor, and whether Hexowatch’s email delivery service accepted or delivered the alert. The first two are user-checkable; service-side delivery details need confirmation from Hexowatch.

Check your email address and Email integration
- Open Hexowatch Settings and confirm the recipient email address is spelled correctly and is the address you expect to receive alerts at.
- Open Settings > Integrations and confirm the Email communication channel is connected. Labels can change, so use the current dashboard wording if it differs.

Open the particular monitored URL that should have generated the alert and inspect its notification settings. Confirm Email is among the selected channels. Notification choices can be set per monitored URL; a setting on another monitor does not establish that this one is configured to email you. Hexowatch described this feature in a July 21, 2020 announcement, updated August 23, 2022: notification channels for monitored URLs.

Check API-created monitors
If the monitor was created or managed through the API, inspect its notification_integrations request parameter and confirm that the intended email integration is included. The API documentation lists email among the available notification integrations: Hexowatch API documentation. The documented parameter is not evidence of a user-facing test-email feature.
Check your mail client and organization filters
As general email troubleshooting, look in spam, junk, and quarantine folders, and check whether an organization-level rule or mail gateway could be filtering the alert. These are sensible recipient-side checks, not Hexowatch-confirmed causes or documented fixes. The official materials reviewed do not establish a sender address or domain, so do not allowlist a guessed sender.

Compare with another notification channel
If you already have another channel connected, check whether the same event reached it. Hexowatch identifies Slack and Telegram as alternatives to email and documents a Microsoft Teams integration: communication-channel tutorial and Microsoft Teams integration.

If the event appears in Slack, Telegram, or Teams but not email, that is useful evidence that a notification was generated and points toward an email-path issue. It does not identify which mail component failed. If no channel received it, share that distinction with support rather than assuming email alone is responsible.

Ask Hexowatch support to verify delivery
The public documentation reviewed does not identify Hexowatch’s sending address or domain, expose mail logs, or document a resend or test-email workflow. Contact Hexowatch support and ask them to verify the legitimate sender identity and whether the alert was accepted, bounced, or otherwise not delivered. Do not rely on an unverified sender address or assume a missed alert can be resent.

- The affected monitor or monitored URL.
- The event you expected and its approximate time.
- The recipient address and whether the account-level Email integration is connected.
- Whether Email is selected for that monitor, and whether another connected channel received the event.
