What should returning players know before playing GTA 6?
GTA VI moves the series’ story to Leonida, a fictional state that includes a modern-day Vice City. Its central characters are Jason and Lucia. Rockstar’s synopsis says an easy score goes wrong, pulling the pair into a criminal conspiracy across the state; it describes them as “forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive.”

What platforms will GTA 6 be on, and when does it release?
As of October 3, 2026, Rockstar lists Grand Theft Auto VI for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with a release date of November 19, 2026. The listing does not announce a PC version. Is GTA 6 a disc or a download code?
Rockstar Customer Support says the announced physical version is a download code in a box, not a disc. What are the GTA 6 editions?
Rockstar lists Standard and Ultimate editions.
