Rockstar North co-studio head Rob Nelson told GamesRadar+ that consistently going beyond what a situation requires may sway a character’s Criminal Profile. He also said consistent actions may affect how the world reacts and how the narrative plays out. Those remarks point to a system concerned with repeated behavior and escalation, but they do not explain its scoring or promise a specific result for any one action.

Nelson’s remarks allow for doing what a mission requires or responding to someone who starts trouble. The distinction is repeated unnecessary escalation, rather than simply using force once. The interview does not provide a threshold for how often an action must occur.

Not on the evidence currently available. Beebom frames GTA 6’s Criminal Profile as reflecting how professionally or recklessly the protagonists commit crimes, while Red Dead Redemption 2’s Honor is a moral-alignment framing. The interview reporting on GTA 6 likewise emphasizes consistency and unnecessary actions; it does not establish that GTA 6 uses RDR2’s points or honor-bar structure.
