In the India-market listings captured on 7 October 2026, the POCO X8 Power 5G was listed at a lower price, while the Pixel 10a offers a smaller screen, Qi wireless charging and Google-listed camera features. The choice comes down to priorities: a larger display and reported 10,000mAh battery on the POCO, or the Pixel’s compact 6.3-inch format and officially documented specifications. Neither set of specifications establishes a winner for real-world speed, photo quality or battery life.

Which phone has the better display and size for you?
The POCO’s reported 6.83-inch screen is 0.53 inches larger diagonally than the Pixel’s official 6.3-inch display, making it the more spacious option on paper for video, reading and other content. Its listed resolution and 120Hz refresh rate are also reported specifications rather than an official POCO specification confirmation.

The Pixel is the more compact choice based on screen size. Google specifies a 1080 × 2424 pOLED panel with a 60–120Hz refresh rate and up to 3,000-nit peak brightness. Screen size and listed brightness do not, by themselves, establish which panel looks better in everyday use.

Which has the bigger battery, and what does that mean?
The POCO is reported to have a 10,000mAh battery and 100W charging; Google lists the Pixel’s typical battery capacity as 5,100mAh and confirms Qi-certified wireless charging. Capacity alone cannot establish how long either phone lasts: runtime depends on the phone’s hardware, software and use. The available figures do not come with comparable controlled battery tests.

For the Pixel’s stated wired fast-charge timing, Google specifies a 45W USB-C PPS charger or higher, sold separately. That condition is for Google’s claim of up to 50% charge in about 30 minutes; it should not be read as a test result for the POCO or a direct charging-speed comparison.
What do the camera specifications tell you?
Google lists a 48MP wide and 13MP ultrawide rear system on the Pixel, a 13MP front camera and Super Zoom up to 8x. The POCO’s reported rear-camera figures are 50MP and 8MP. A higher megapixel count does not prove better photos, and these specifications do not establish a camera-quality winner. No comparable independent image tests are available in the cited material.

How should you choose between them?
- Consider the POCO if you want the larger reported display, the substantially higher reported battery capacity, 100W charging, or the lower observed India listing price.
- Consider the Pixel if you prefer a 6.3-inch phone, want Google’s documented camera configuration and features, or value Qi-certified wireless charging.
- Compare live listings carefully if price is decisive: match storage capacity, seller, warranty terms and final checkout price rather than relying on a dated snapshot.
Before buying either phone outside India—or relying on a particular seller—confirm network-band compatibility, warranty and local service coverage for your country. The cited material does not provide a like-for-like comparison of those details, nor a comparable update-support promise, so it cannot establish a regional support winner.
