How much more does the Galaxy S25 Edge cost?
The US manufacturer starting prices differ by $300.99: the Pixel 10 is listed at $799, while Samsung lists the S25 Edge from $1,099.99 before trade-in. Samsung’s 2025 US launch prices were $1,099.99 for 256 GB and $1,219.99 for 512 GB. Google’s “from” price does not establish a matching storage tier, so the subtraction is a starting-price comparison, not a like-for-like storage quote. Retail prices, promotions, and trade-in offers may change the amount you would actually pay.
Which phone has the better display and build?
Screen size and resolution
The S25 Edge is the choice for a larger, more detailed display: its 6.7-inch panel has QHD+ resolution of 3120 × 1440 and refreshes at up to 120 Hz. The Pixel 10’s 6.3-inch Actua OLED is 1080 × 2424 and supports 60–120 Hz. The Pixel is easier to choose if a smaller screen matters more than extra display area and resolution.

Thickness and weight
Samsung’s phone is 5.8 mm thick and weighs 163 g; Google lists the Pixel 10 at 7.2 oz (about 204 g) and gives dimensions in inches. The Edge is notably thin and lighter on the listed figures, while the Pixel is the smaller-display handset. The two manufacturers use different dimension units, so compare the stated measurements rather than treating the dimension strings as directly matched.
How do their cameras differ?
The key distinction is camera configuration, not a simple megapixel contest. Google identifies a dedicated 5× telephoto lens on the Pixel 10, alongside a 48 MP main camera and 13 MP ultrawide. That gives the Pixel a separate telephoto camera for distant subjects. The S25 Edge instead combines a 200 MP wide camera with a 12 MP ultra-wide; its 2× “optical quality” zoom is derived from the sensor, not a dedicated telephoto module.

The Edge’s 200 MP figure describes its main camera’s resolution; by itself, it does not prove that its photos are categorically better. Choose based on whether you value a dedicated telephoto lens or the Edge’s high-resolution wide camera and ultra-thin design.
Do the battery numbers mean one lasts longer?
Google lists a 4,970 mAh typical battery for the Pixel 10 and says it offers 24+ hours of battery life; the phone supports up to 15 W Qi2 wireless charging. Samsung lists a 3,900 mAh typical battery and up to 24 hours of video playback for the S25 Edge. These are manufacturer specifications and estimates, not a direct, controlled comparison of everyday endurance. Capacity alone cannot establish which phone will last longer in your use.

Which phone should you choose?
Choose the Pixel 10 if
- You want the lower US listed starting price.
- You prefer a 6.3-inch phone over a larger 6.7-inch screen.
- A dedicated 5× telephoto camera matters to you.
Choose the Galaxy S25 Edge if
- You want a larger QHD+ display.
- You prioritize a very thin, light body.
- You prefer a 200 MP main camera and are comfortable without a dedicated telephoto module.
Both use different processors—Tensor G5 in the Pixel 10 and Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy in the Edge. The specifications here do not establish a head-to-head benchmark winner. Likewise, Samsung’s US specification page states software support is valid until May 31, 2032; the sources cited here do not establish a directly comparable Pixel 10 support end date.
