To get Hydrapple in Pokémon GO, evolve Applin into Dipplin with 200 Applin Candy and 20 Syrupy Apples, then make Dipplin your buddy and catch seven Dragon-type Pokémon. After that, evolve Dipplin using 400 Applin Candy. How to evolve Applin into Dipplin

1. Get an Applin and collect Applin Candy.

3. Once that condition is met, select Dipplin and tap Evolve, using 400 Applin Candy.

Can you get Applin or Syrupy Apples now?

The official 2026 Harvest Festival announcement described an event route: from September 29 through October 5, 2026, apples could appear at PokéStops with active Mossy Lure Modules. Tapping them could award Syrupy Apples, other apples, or an encounter such as Applin. That event has ended. The announcement does not establish a current, non-event way to obtain Applin or Syrupy Apples, so availability outside that event is not confirmed by the cited official information.
