The suite is aimed at manufacturing and mining organizations, with FLSmidth identified as an early selecting customer.
What Genpact launched
The Genpact AR Suite is designed to coordinate the invoice-to-cash cycle rather than automate only one accounting task. Its software agents monitor receivables information, recommend or initiate workflow actions, and hand exceptions to finance staff for judgment. Genpact is positioning the product for industrial clients whose receivables processes span large customer accounts, complex disputes and payments that do not always arrive with complete remittance data.

FLSmidth, a global mining-equipment supplier, selected the suite to rework its invoice-to-cash operations. Its CFO, Roland M. Andersen, said: “We’re building a finance function that will run on a single, connected view of the business, where agentic AI handles the routine work and our teams will spend their time on judgment, forecasting, and advising the business.”

The three modules in the AR Suite
Genpact AR Collections
AR Collections prioritizes customer accounts and recommends next actions using risk and payment signals. Virtual collectors can trigger outreach, record and track promises to pay, and reduce the manual follow-up work that normally consumes collectors’ time. The intended result is a queue organized by likely payment risk and the most useful next step, rather than a list worked strictly by age or value.
Genpact AR Resolution Center
The Resolution Center handles disputes in a connected case workflow. It captures and classifies a dispute, routes it to the appropriate owner, tracks progress, and escalates unresolved cases until closure. This structure is intended to keep deductions and invoice disagreements from disappearing into email threads or disconnected departmental queues.
Genpact AR Cash
AR Cash matches incoming payments to invoices and supports reconciliation and cash posting. Matching and posting are central to an accurate receivables ledger: the faster a payment is identified and applied, the sooner finance teams can see which invoices remain open and which customer balances require action.

How the agentic workflow operates
Genpact describes a three-stage operating model. The stages are connected, so an outcome in one part of the process can inform later prioritization and exception handling.
- Sense and prioritize: Agents examine customer behavior, balances, disputes and payment signals to identify what requires attention and in what order.
- Act and resolve: Agents carry out or coordinate outreach, case routing, payment matching, cash posting and exception handling. Human oversight remains part of the workflow where approval, negotiation or accounting judgment is needed.
- Learn and optimize: The system uses workflow outcomes and user feedback to improve future prioritization and handling decisions.
“Agentic” in this context means the software is intended to select and sequence actions toward a receivables outcome, not merely display a report or generate a suggested email. The published description still places people in control of exceptions and judgment calls; it does not claim that every collection, dispute or posting decision runs without review.
Genpact’s published performance estimates
Genpact lists four potential outcomes for the suite. Each is an “up to” projection from Genpact in 2026, not an independently audited customer result. The release says actual performance depends on the client’s systems, process maturity, data quality, implementation scope and configuration.

Finance leaders should treat these figures as targets to validate during an implementation, not as guaranteed improvements. A credible business case would establish a baseline, define what counts as a touchless application or resolved dispute, and report results by region, customer segment and exception type.
Why this launch matters to finance teams
The AR Suite extends Genpact’s Service-as-Agentic-Solutions strategy into receivables. Genpact has also described domain-specific agents for accounts payable and other finance processes, so the AR launch is part of a broader attempt to connect automation across the finance function rather than deploy isolated bots.
In June 2026, Genpact announced an agentic deductions-recovery solution for consumer-goods receivables. That adjacent offering shows the company’s focus on leakage and dispute-related work as well as conventional collections and payment posting. The new AR Suite brings collections, dispute workflow and cash application together under one named product structure for the industrial market described in the launch.

Cash impact
Measure payment-application automation, the change in past-due balances and any working-capital effect separately. Faster posting can improve visibility even when it does not change the amount customers owe, so those outcomes should not be treated as interchangeable.
Workflow coverage
Map the product against the organization’s full process: collections prioritization, outreach, promises to pay, dispute and deduction handling, payment matching, reconciliation, posting and exception queues. A deployment that improves one step while leaving a major manual bottleneck untouched may not deliver the expected end-to-end benefit.
Human control
Define which actions agents may perform automatically, which require approval and which must always be handled by a specialist. Escalation rules should cover disputed invoices, unusual payment patterns, sensitive customer relationships and accounting exceptions.
Deployment fit
Assess data quality, ERP and payment-system integration, process maturity, configuration effort and the geographies in scope. Genpact identifies these factors as determinants of actual results. The announcement does not provide a standard implementation timeline or a universal deployment model.
Measurement discipline
Record pre-launch baselines and agree on definitions before comparing results with Genpact’s projections. Independent validation matters particularly for “up to” claims, because a best-case ceiling is not the same as an expected average.

It also does not provide independently audited customer results for the four percentage estimates. Prospective customers will need those details, along with security, integration and data-governance terms, during an enterprise evaluation.
Bottom line
Genpact’s AR Suite packages agentic prioritization and action across collections, dispute resolution and cash application, with human oversight for exceptions. Its projected gains are substantial, but they are vendor estimates whose usefulness depends on data, integration and process conditions. For an industrial finance organization, the strongest case is a measured deployment that tests touchless posting, overdue reduction, collector capacity and dispute cycle time against documented baselines.
